It was a pleasure to be a guest of the hotel. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. One evening the temperatures dropped and we successfully warmed ourselves on the air conditioning. The room as well as the bathroom were clean and large enough. We had an included breakfast which was hearty and tasty enough that we could even skip lunch, and our host made us a nice Italian cappuccino. The best thing about the hotel is of course its location, right on the lake and being able to drink your coffee while admiring the lake. We were renting a car and it was a great convenience for us to be able to park it in front of the hotel itself, paying nothing extra. There is a bus stop above the hotel. But we were driving the car and had no worries about having nowhere to park when we got home. I would recommend the place with absolute certainty. Oh, and lest I forget, the mattresses were very comfortable and the host was extremely friendly and cooperative. The restaurant attached to the hotel was open for dinner and I even had a glass of wonderful red wine after the long walks of the day.

We could hear a little noise from the restaurant in the room, but the noise lasted no later than 10:30 pm, so it didn't interrupt our rest.

The hotel is wonderful. Very clean, large room, clean and comfortable bed. We were in the hotel for only 2 days, but the room was cleaned every day. Delicious breakfasts, a wide selection: eggs, bacon, cheese, rolls, oatmeal, cereals, milk, yogurts, fruits, croissants, juices. It was delicious for us. Friendly staff, comfortable accommodation. It is convenient that there is a restaurant on the first floor, where you can have dinner in the evening. Delicious pizza, wine list. Separately, I want to note the view from the room - it is simply incredible - Lake Como. The hotel is right on the shore and the balcony offers an incredible view of the lake and mountains.

There were only 2 nuances. On the first day in the evening, the water in the shower was not too hot (it was cold outside and I wanted to warm up in the shower). But the next day it was better. The second is the terrace, which was still closed. Maybe it opens later when it gets warmer outside.

We reserved room #2 which has a double bed and partial lake view. The room and shower is a bit small, however it was perfect for 2 people and one-night stay by the lake. Hotel location is just 6 km from Bellagio so we could explore within a day. We keep nice memory of our trip on lake Como thanks to nice service from staff (speaking fluent French and English amongst other) and the delicious food. The breakfast included was very tasty and plentiful. Most memorable experience was our dinner at the restaurant, which offers large variety of reasonably priced pizza and pinsa, nice pasta selection which paired well with a glass of white wine Pinot Grigio and the dessert was excellent ('fondant chocolat').

Wifi a bit weak and hot water lukewarm.

It was located a bit off the beaten path in Lezzeno which made it less populated with tourists. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. It was right on Lake Como so we could open our balcony doors (unit 3) and look at the water and the other side of the lake. We also swam in the very clean 20c water.

Not related to the property itself — Lezzeno needs to install a pedestrian sidewalk on at least one side of its narrow main highway and extend the Lake path all the way to the hotel.

We were traveling with a car arround the lake, and chose to live in one spot all these days. Location is perfect - on the shore of the lake, few minutes drive to Bellagio, half an our drive to Como. The staff is excellent - special greetings to Maurizio, the room was clean, the bed was perfect. Free parking and free beach right next to hotel. And breakfast with a view of the lake - wonderful experience.

The hosts were amazing. Great communication . Little things like they remembered what we had to drink at breakfast and replaced our fridge that wasn't working without any fuss. Great view out over the lake. Easy to access the bus to Bellagio or Como and plenty of free car parking on site. Breakfasts were great and the restaurant was excellent for evening meals.

Ahhh where do I begin! I did not want to leave this place! The staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming. In the evenings we ate at the restaurant and the food was INCREDIBLE - you must try the gnoccho fritto. Breakfast was also great. Our room had a sweet little balcony right on the water. Would definitely come back here again!!! We had some issues getting the bus there and were late to check-in but the lovely man at reception allowed us to check in late and was very quick to respond to any messages.

Wondeful hotel with amazing lake view from windows and the restaurant terrace. Very kind staff and atmosphere in the hotel. Hotel has free parking which was great, since we came with a car. Very good restaurant in the hotel if you decided to stay there for dinner with affordable prices.

A bit further from main como triangle - so keep in mind that you will need to have scooter/car. A bit loud in the hotel.

Everything was perfect. It was exactly as described and we were sorry we couldn't stay for longer as we only had the one night there due to moving on to a wedding venue in Limonta. The hotel was good value and in a good location. The rooms were comfortable and the views from all our rooms (we booked three) were very nice as we were on the lakeside. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful We definitely plan on returning and staying for longer next time. The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. It was also lovely to sit outside in the evening with a drink from the bar although we were unable to eat at the restaurant, due to prior commitments, it looked very good with fabulous views of the lake.
