The Location of the property is really well located, you can walk from the station to the house without any problem, it’s really quick. There is a shore 4 min walking where you can swim and enjoy the astonishing view of the lake como. The house is really cozy and and well decorated, the host is extremely kind and friendly, the breakfast is a huge plus that I love it ! The room was pretty clean, it had a comfortable bed and a nice view to the external garden. It was a really good experience, and for this reason, I highly recommend !

Nothing, everything was really good and better than expected. Just bear in mind that the train line is close and you can occasionally listen the train sound, however, nothing that bother me.

The property was beautiful! Very comfortable for our family of 4 visiting for a long weekend. Breakfast was also great with a spectacular view. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and train!

The private bathroom is not exactly private. It is outside of the room, which we did not mind, but some party guests of the host did use it during a dinner party on one of the nights we were there. We do not mind sharing a bathroom, but would have been nice to be disclosed ahead of arrival as we do have small children (who aren’t great about locking doors - admittedly) and did keep personal belongings in the bathroom with the assumption it was just for our use.

The house is old but gold. 😊 It’s beautiful, especially the garden. We were allowed to play table tennis (rackets and ball provided). the breakfast was excellent: there was one table inside and one outside overlooking the sea, owners were very nice. the train station was very near, and it’s easy to reach. just right next to the house starts a tourist route to Varenna. the beach was 5min walk from the house and was not too busy. We found our stay inexpensive and good value for money.

1) there was no air conditioning and in high season it is very sweaty without it 2) the mosquito net was a bit broken and there are quite a lot of mosquitoes at night 3) the train passes right behind the house so if you are not a good sleeper this is not for you

the property was peaceful and in our room we had screened doors to a garden. We could listen to the birds and rain.

The shower was super tiny. But when you book a B and B you must know it’s not a hotel. There are trade offs. The property is a half mile from the train station so you need good wheels on your luggage and must be in good shape.

the b&b has close restaurants near by and is close to the lake and its only a 10 minute walk to the ferry to Bellagio which is convenient. There is also a small grocer store near by. The owner was super nice and also made us the most delicious breakfast, there is also the nicest view to look at while taking your breakfast.

We enjoy very much our stay. Parking is a plus. Excellent breakfast. The host let us pick some fruit from the backyard. We like it. Thank you very much.

The train pass just behind the property, but not at night. We sleep good.

Location, owners, garden & balcony. Very green :) Breakfast is rich and very good (special mention for the cornetti)

Humide but a dehumidificator available in the room. Trains early in the morning but 1) it is Lierna, the train is everyhere, and 2) you can request and use earplugs.

The hospitality of the hosts , landscapes arround the villa and wonderful breakfasts make the facility worth recommending only to those friends who deserve it.

It’s the family Atmosphere that stands out in this B&B. Amazing hosts with cute fluffy cat :) Room very nice equipped, very clean, amazing garden outside. Good breakfast!

It’s a quite long walking distance from the train stadion with no sidewalk so it’s quite hard to get to this place.
