The room was big and clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a room on the ground floor and there was a cute little seating area outside, shared with one other room. Only about 10 minutes’ walk to the city walls. The owner was extremely helpful, marking up a map with recommended attractions and restaurants. He also insisted on giving us a lift to the station on our departure. I really felt like nothing would be too much trouble for him.

The decor is a little old fashioned but the furnishings are in good condition.

Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was perfect, and the hosts were very kind and helpful. The area is pleasant, and it's very close to the city center. So thank you so muxh for everything!

The only negative thing we can mention is that there is no fridge in the rooms. A mini fridge would be great. But apart from that, everything was perfect.

We arrived at the property after check-in time, but the owners were kind enough to provide us with instructions to find our room. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful. We also had the pleasure of meeting both Gabriele and Daniele. We will definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in Lucca.

We liked everything!!!

The location was good. Just about 15 minutes the ancient walls of Lucca and walking distance of the train station. The breakfast was good and the owners were friendly. Our room was comfortable and well placed. There was access to a lounge with soft drinks, tea, coffee and TV. There was also a mini bar. Our room was cleaned every day and always felt fresh and pleasant,

Our sliding bathroom door was stiff to close but we managed for our short stay.

Gabriele was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble. A large room on ground floor with level access shower. Good simple breakfast. Gabriel even bought us gluten free bread. Fee parking.

Could have done with an extra blanket as it was cold. It is basic accommodation but perfectly adequate.

Big, cozy, clean rooms, athough not so modern. Free parking on the courtyard. Shared balcony with neighbouring rooms. Location is good; outside the old city walls but only a short walk (10 minutes).

A bit tricky to find since it's not visible to the street. We stopped where the navigation told us to but had to wander around a bit to realize the hotel entry was around the corner in a courtyard. Not a big problem but good to know. The breakfast was quite poor with very limited options, but ok coffee.

The property was located close to the entrance to the walled city where all the restaurants are located. It was a short walk from the B&B.

There was no refrigerator in the room to keep drinks and snacks cold. But we managed!

Great value for money. The room was big and comfortable, nice balcony, a good breakfast and a very nice location. I think that for the price that they charged, it was a very good deal. Would definitely recommend it.

The WiFi signals were not consistent in the room. They were very good on the balcony but hardly present on the far side of the room. Breakfast didn't start before 08:30 am which was a bit late since I was travelling for work and had to go to the office.

Great location, near the city walls. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The room was spacious. A private carpark was available for free. The included breakfast is really delicious and a bit different every day.
