We stayed here for a couple of days and really enjoyed our stay! The accomodation is similtaneously modern and comfy and everything seems to have a thought behind it - from the selection of the very comfortable bed, to the interior design and the amazing (and healthy) breakfast. Sara and the whole service team are also so friendly and were happy to help us with any request we had - including providing us with some tips for things to do during our stay The pool is really inviting after a visit to the city center (which is almost directly at the front door) or the beautiful surroundings of the city. Next time we are in the area we will make sure to come back for another stay! :)

Ahhh we’ve just finished a perfect stay at Villa Fedora! It was exactly what we wanted, and more. Sara and her team were so welcoming and set the tone perfectly when we arrived to a chilled bottle of Prosecco in our room! The room was very clean, tidy, modern and had everything we needed (apart from an iron which was provided for us with no trouble). The beds were comfy with a choice of two pillows. Breakfast was just absolutely delicious. High quality produce and such care taken over everything. Lots of choice (no cooked breakfast, just eggs (best eggs ever) and toast on the hot front but that was perfect for us!). The pool was beautiful. Small and quiet but modern, clean and idyllic also. The perfect setting for a city escape! We’ve absolutely loved our stay and would truly recommend this B&B for any visitors to the area. It’s situated just outside of the wall but everything is walkable from here and the train station is just 12min walk away. Parking is also available with an allocated space for you. Easy check in too, all by key codes so you can arrive at your leisure. Sara was also able to give us lots of local recommendations which we sampled and all of them were great! Thank you for a brilliant long weekend, we hope to come back another time!

I don’t really think there was anything…! The air con made a slightly funny noise at night time but it didn’t bother us so we didn’t raise this with the team. Really can’t fault it.

The location was superb for walking to the main Piazza's - 2 mins walking distance from Historical Walled City, Restaurants, Art Galleries, Cathedral's, Churches, Museums, Daily Music Recitals & Shops. Everything you need for a relaxing uncomplicated break in such a perfect setting, packed with history & things to do. The Villa itself was absolutely spotlessly clean, you could easily forget that you are staying in a B&B not a 5* Hotel. It had everything we were looking for - Fresh, Clean, Modern, with Air Conditioning & such incredibly helpful staff, who constantly went over & above our expectations to provide a home from home atmosphere. The Villa is equipped with state of the art technology & is truly amazing. The front door/reception & all rooms are accessible through a code, so no need for room keys that we were forever losing when staying in previous accommodation. The furnishings were stunning & of exceptional Italian quality, the bed was dreamy & contemporary with beautiful linen throughout & the fridge in the room provided us with a constant supply of cold bottled water. Villa Fedora is a special find & just when you think it can't get any better, there's the swimming pool & sun loungers situated at the back of the property which are maintained to such a high standard that we really felt spoiled for choice as to whether we should go out sightseeing or just laze around the pool soaking up the ambiance.

I'd have to be particularly fussy to find something I didn't like at Villa Fedora in Lucca. We were made to feel so safe & valued that we felt very much at home & part of a very caring hospitable Italian family. I only have praise for everyone at the Villa who contributed to our wellbeing & who provided us with everything that we could possibly want for an unforgettable experience.. Lovely, clean and very stylish room, with bathrobes and slippers as well as pool towels and more. Comfortable bed. Sarah and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and also left us a free bottle of Prosecco and Water in the room at arrival. We didn’t use it as we wanted to visit Lucca but there is a lovely little pool with deck chairs in the backyard. There is also enclosed outdoor Parking at the back. The Villa is located just outside the city walls. Lots of choice for breakfast.

Everything! The villa was in a great location, literally a few mins walk into Lucca itself. Great spacious room, spotlessly clean with everything you could need and more. The breakfast was perfect, loads of choice freshly prepared for you. Pool area and gardens were lovely also, plenty beds and places to sit and relax

Spacious appartement and well working AC. Bed was comfortable and the garden including pool just lovely. Sara, the host speaks very good English and is always supportive on everything. Cleanest hotel I've ever been so far. City is close and most restaurants located just 20 mns by foot.

Breakfast could have more variety however, big selection of gluten free products.

Everything was easy!! We had a car so we wanted a place with parking. They sent us an email with the parking/door code which also opened our room. No Keys! The room was beautiful. The owners really know luxury with extra touches you would find in a five star hotel. Natural bath products and mostly organic breakfast. Gluten free options but also croissants from a local bakery. The staff was friendly and really wanted to please. We loved our time here!

Stylish modern hotel, where you can see the love with which everything was chosen. Very high end quality and nice pool area. Sarà and her team are doing a great job from breakfast to house keeping. The online check in and the code worked very well. The location is perfect to explore Lucca by foot and Tuscany by car.

Great location (you walk right into Lucca). Great place with a lovely (sunny) pool. Great breakfast. Lovely & helpful staff. Private parking.

Has been just recently Renovated to a really high standard, with comfortable beds and modern bathroom. Lovely breakfast. Sara was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations for places to visit and lovely places to eat. Great location just few minutes walk into the old town. Private parking. Didn’t use pool but would be great in the summer
