Charming small boutique hotel in an ideal location for all of Lucca's wonderful sights. The beauty of this establishment is hidden behind the front, street door....just wait until it opens and see for yourself. Gorgeous garden area to sit out and enjoy the afternoon/evening sun and have a dip in the fountain ⛲️ The rooms are well appointed, very clean, great shower pressure, comfortable bed and fully functional air con. Room safe, spare pillows etc. Staff were lovely and made you feel so welcome. It's a quiet area but close enough to a wonderful array of shops and restaurants. You won't be disappointed 👌🏻 Just wish we could have stayed longer! We WILL be back. Thanks everyone x

Absolutely nothing!

Fantastic location , easily within walking distance from train station tucked away from the tourist hotshots which was very good and so quiet at night. ,The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us .. recommended atleast a dozen restaurants during our stay which were absolutely delicious.. Spotlessly clean hotel our room was huge with bath in bedroom , beds were super comfy I don't think I've ever slept so well, First time in Lucca but will not be our last and will book our breaks in line with the availability of this hotel

Great room which was clean and had everything we needed. Mini fridge in room and was very spacious for the few days we were there. No problems with check in and we left the keys in the room on leaving as the reception wasn't open, as advised. Brilliant location for us, everywhere was within walking distance. We walked to the train station in 20 minutes. Room was cleaned as often as we needed, just put a sign on the door handle. The room was very modern and had everything we needed including a hairdryer and toiletries. Very comfortable bed and plenty of extra cushions which I needed as I am 7 months pregnant! We had the room next to the reception desk and had no issues with privacy and no noise from the desk.

We had no issues! The reception desk isn't manned all day but this didn't cause us any problems at all.

Perfect location, near to the walls and restaurants but very quiet at night so a good night’s sleep . Wonderful sunny garden to enjoy in the afternoons when returning from sight seeing.

We stayed in room 4 where lighting in shower room was very poor. We are in our 70’s so found the shower very challenging as we couldn’t see our surroundings. Air con in room not adequate.

Lovely central location with a beautiful garden & courtyard -an oasis of calm. Room was a good size. Breakfast was very good with helpful staff and good choice

Overbed lights are ridiculous- need longer cords; no bedside cabinets so everything had to either beat on the floor or above the bed

Location was fab. Close enough they tucked away in a quiet street. Loved the outdoor garden too - so nice to have somewhere to sit outdoors in the city. Loved the breakfast-delicious Staff were always kind approachable and helpful

Nothing - beautiful place

Off the beaten track yet within easy access of the cenrtal square in Lucca. Peaceful and tranquil with a lovely court yard garden to relax away from the crowds.

A real gem. Everywhere inside the walls is within walking distance. Serina was a delight and sorted out taxis for us and looked after us brilliantly. Rooms are the small format that you would expect in an Italian city hotel, but the inner and outer courtyards were really special.

This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. This was centrally located, tranquil and very comfortable. Great care was taken to help us reach the bed and breakfast by organising a taxi for us from the airport. Thank you also for the fabulous gluten free breakfast. Really wonderful choice.
