My recent stay at this hotel in Milano, near the Central Station, was an experience beyond expectations. Travelling with my mother, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable visit. The hotel's proximity to the Central Station is incredibly convenient, making it a breeze to explore the city. Immaculate cleanliness and a welcoming ambience awaited us upon entering our room. The attention to detail in the room's design was evident, and the complimentary mini-bar was a delightful surprise, adding an extra touch of comfort to our stay. The Internet was great, as well. The breakfast offered a feast, featuring a diverse array of options. From delectable pastries to fresh fruits and a Nutella fountain. The restaurant and bar further elevated our stay, with complimentary Prosecco at the bar. The hotel boasts an impressive range of facilities, including a gym and a spa. What truly stood out was the provision of a shower for guests to use on the day of check-out, irrespective of when they returned to collect their luggage from the free and secure storage. This thoughtful touch added immense convenience to our travel plans. The staff at this establishment were the true gems of our experience. Warm, courteous, and ever-helpful, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the front desk to the restaurant and bar staff, their friendliness and professionalism left a lasting impression. Overall, our stay at this hotel in Milan was nothing short of spectacular. The combination of a central location, luxurious amenities, great breakfast, and outstanding service makes it the only choice for future visits.

Everything was exceptional. No bad things to say. I truly plan to stay only here for the foreseeable future, when I come to Milano. The hotel has absolutely everything that I need, both for personal and professional visits.

The staff was fantastic Veronica and Paruesh greeted us warmly and checked in with us throughout our stay. While the rooms were small, they were comfortable and well stocked. The breakfast was good with a variety of items. With the hotel across the street from the train station, we were able to arrive and depart Milan easliy. The hotel is also near two metro lines that makes it easy to visit the main tourist attractions. We would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors. The value was more than reasonable given what we got in return.

The only issue was with the pool. We signed up for 3PM. Since we needed staff to get us into the pool, it took 15 minutes for that to be accomplished. At 3:45, we were informed that we needed to vacate the pool as the rules said 45 minutes. We explained that we did not get 45 minutes, our explanation fell on deaf ears and we left the pool area. Suggestion, either have staff punctual or start the 45 minutes rule once a person enters the pool area. BTW — the pool itself in very nice and similar to a spa setting.

The location was great being near the train station, wonderful restaurants and everywhere we wanted ti go easily within walking distance. They had a delicious restaurant on site and a breakfast buffet that included everything you would want to eat. The staff was very friendly and the beds very comfortable.

Hotel has nice, modern design and very clean rooms. Stuff is very helpful and pleasant. Location is very convenient, only 15 minutes or 4 stations from the center of the city (Duomo station). Everything from the mini bar (water, coke, juices, snacks) is free of charge and refilled daily which is really nice perk.

It’s a bit overpriced. I had higher expectations of 4 star hotel. Lifts are very small, spa as well. Hotel entrance has couple streps, you need to carry the luggage. View from the room is overlooking at the parking. Vibrations from the metro stations can be quite annoying. Hotel doesn’t have parking on its own.

The location is good, nice neigborough, just a few walks away from the central train station and metro station which brings you to the main attractions such as Duomo in a few stops. The hotel is great, very clean facilities and rooms, very comfortable rooms with everything for your comfort. In the rooms you also have a cattle and coffe and tea always for your disposal, which is a nice touch. Also the free mini bar, complementary prosecco, you also have gym and welness, etc. The stuff were helpful and kind. Definitely reccomend this hotel and will stay here again when visiting Milano!

We liked everything!

The front desk is really kind and friendly. Even when the hair dryer is down, they provide a new one and an adapter in time so it's actually acceptable. We can leave our luggages there safely without extra fee by the next afternoon, customers can even use their public toilet/bathroom after check-out. Though the inner decoration is far from luxury, for the convenient position and great service it's definitely a high c/p choice for those who just stay in Milano for a short time. BTW there is also a cool bar up there, again with great and kind service.

The room was clean, amenity selection was good, location was excellent. Staff were all friendly and breakfast was great. I will come back to this hotel.

The room was a little noisy. I guess the way building was made is not with thick enough wall or sound proof materials. I could hear sounds from corridor, water pipes, also sounds from the outside through the window...however all other factors are great, so I would still come back to this hotel.

1. The Location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the main train station. We walked on the first day to the Duomo cathedral but we then figured out that there is a metro close by so transport availability is great but also great to walk to explore. 2. The hotel looks good. It looks exactly as the pictures shown on booking .com. It was super clean. We had coffee and tea in the room which was great. 3. Good breakfast with great variety. 4. The staff were lovely and friendly and super helpful. Whenever we requested for an iron they were quick to bring it to our room.

The room was a bit on the tiny side. The shower was extremely small even for one person, couldn’t move around much.

Fantastic hotel. Very modern and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very well decorated and spacious. The shower was also lovely and powerful. Not one issue with this fine establishment. The welcome drink was appreciated. The Spa jacuzzi and sauna were good. The gym was small but adequate and the breakfast amazing, full of choices from fruit, cereal, hot plates containing sossig and delicious sweet treats. A high IQ for the designer indeed, it is the perfect hotel in a good location.

IQ Milan was a great location in that it was just a block from the central train station, along with its metro and tram stops, a short trip by metro to all the historic sites, and a relatively quiet street. It was newer and had a very modern appearance and features. Many restaurants were within easy walking distance. Best yet, it had the largest selection at their buffet breakfasts each day we’ve ever had anywhere. You name it they pretty much had it, from all types of coffee to various juices, fruits, yogurts, pastries, hot dishes, cereals, etc. Especially great if you are staying several days. We were very happy we stayed at this hotel.

It took some doing to figure out the lighting and AC but both worked well.
