We loved this apartment that is located in the heart of Minipolis old town. As we traveled with kids (8&11) it was easy to find our selves around. At our arrival we received a couple of restaurants recommendations which were excellent. A note: make sure to book a table if you would like to secure the seat at the restaurant if your choice. Another big plus for the apartment is the terrace that we could use for our breakfast and lazy after- beach hangs. Last but not least we would like to say a big thanks to the host, Cesar who made our stay just excellent- we always felt very well taken care of and informed.

Our stay was beautiful, simple, and catered to all our needs. The terrace was intimate and the place we spent a lot of time, the kitchen was really well equipped, the apartment itself was made to feel "homey". But, the best part of it all was the host and the team. Cesare and the rest made us feel more than welcome, creating a great breakfast experience and a great overall experience — always suggesting new things, understanding our needs, and having recommendations ready. I can't recommend them enough! It was one of our best experiences so far.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Location is great - in the heart of the old town but in a quite square. The room has a small own patio hidden behind a cute fence and plants. There is a table and chairs. I didn't use as it was winter but i can imagine drinking coffee there in the summer. The room is big enough and has everything you may need during your stay. Very useful is the big size mirror. The bed is super comfortable. Very nice details all over, the place is decorated with attention to detail. Bathroom is small but ok for a normal size person 🙂. And again you will find everything you may need already there. Everything was perfectly clean. Breakfast was served in a place around the corner, on a big terrace. Great start of the day. The breakfast was so rich, i wasn't able to eat it all. You have bruschetta, sweet pastries, fruits, actually different things every morning, i liked that a lot. And coffee is great, too. Owner is extremely friendly and helpful, as well as the breakfast team. You get advices on trips and discount for partner restaurants/locations. And the places were also a great choice, so trust the recommendation 🙂. So i can only recommend this place to everybody, you will be satisfied.

Nothing to dislike.

We had a great stay, the apartment was nice and super clean. Cesare and his team were always very kind and helpful, assisiting to any questions or needs we had during our stay. You get a good, Italian-style breakfast, served on a nice rooftop terrace. The location is amazing, right in the centre of the old town. If we ever come back to Monopoli, hope to stay here again!

Poor wifi and almost no mobile signal in the room.

The location is perfect, in the historical center. The host, Cezar, is very nice and helpful, he made us an upgrade to another location that was wonderful. The breakfast is very good, it is sweet and salt, on the roof top of a building so you can have a very nice view. We had the floor of a house and it was perfect for short vacantions to a long term stay. We were on holiday with our baby and it was nice and quiet. We highly recomend Cezar and all the B&B Casa Vacanza Carpe Diem places.

We have nothing to complain about.

The place was wonderful, in the middle of old Monopoly town, just at the most beautiful and magical street of Monopoly as you can find there. Close to the beaches and all restaurants, drink bars and monuments of Monopoly. In the middle of everything but -on the other hand- the place passed away from the noise and heat of streets. The apartament is nice and clean, air-conditioned, with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (one with washing machine ), with kitchen (with all necessary kitchen staff with fridge ). It a płace on the roof where you can rest, with sunbeds and even a shower. The breakfast are nice-more then just continental-with fruits, jogurts, sandwiches or toasts, coffee, juices, water and some sweet cake and croissant-it’s served to the tables, on a balcony, for all guests outside the apartament, at another entrance to the building. All the staff-the host Cesare and all ladies in the kitchen are really kind and helpful, always with smile. We even get a wine from private winery as a gift! Thank you very much!

There are really narrow and steep stairs to the apartament and to the balcony with breakfast-its not a problem for healthy people but can be a problem for people with walking difficulties or older people

A great location in a quiet area of the old town but just a couple of minutes walk from bars, restaurants and the seafront. It had everything we needed and although small was perfect for our stay. Communication with the owner was very good. We were given a list of restaurants where we could get a 10% discount as well as directions to the tourist information office and other helpful advice. We would definitely book with them again.

Unfortunately building work was ongoing in the apartment above us which was very loud early in the morning. However this wasn't the fault of the owners and was a temporary problem. On the plus side it meant we were up and ready to explore early on!

Excellent experience: Cesare was very helpful from the beginning; accommodating and helpful whenever required. The flat itself was in a lively neighbourhood; with sights, cafes and restaurants nearby. The cafe/restaurants in the square downstairs (The King and Cafe Letterario) were excellent. The flat was cosy, clean and well equipped. We had an excellent stay and I would highly recommend.

No complaints - Cesare was great

The two bedroom apartment we stayed in is in the heart of the historical city with 2 to 5 minute walk to most of the restaurants and cafes. As a bonus you have a fantastic spacious roof terrace overlooking the sea. The breakfast, included in the package, was delicious with nice Italian pastries and coffee. Cesare, the host, was super friendly and supportive. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, the bedrooms were spacious and quiet. Grazie Cesare!

Hosts were amazing. Went above and beyond for us during our stay. They tried to source breakfast items without eggs for my boyfriend who has an egg allergy which was way above their duty of care. The host were easy to stay in contact with, regarding any questions. It seemed they were disappointed we couldn’t spend our last morning with them for breakfast as we had an early flight so they made us feel at home :).
