Marco and staff very helpful and professional. The facility was in a great location.The shower was wonderful but for anyone with mobility issues it may be hard for them to get into.

Great value for money and very clean. Walking distance to all major attractions.I really enjoyed my stay and felt it was like a home away from home. I would stay here again

Very nice B&B. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and is in easy walking distance of all the main attractions. There is a room where you can make tea and coffee although you need to purchase your own milk. The room was cleaned every day. The price paid for 3 night was very reasonable. All in all cannot really find anything to moan about.

The room is very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location is excellent, you can walk to almost all of the major landmarks in the city.

Breakfast was included but it was in a nearby cafe which was not ideal, we had to pay extra for some items. The doors and windows are not sound proof so it can get noisy especially if you face the busy street or are near the reception area.

very good central location just outside center. walkable to everything. clean and quiet. good customer service and fast reply. good wifi. the breakfast includes a coffee and pastry at nearby bar. that system worked well. 2 minutes walk from accommodations.

It is located very well. You walk about 5min to the central road and the Politeama theater. From there you can reach pretty much everything by foot... The room was nice and clean. Same with the rest of the facilities. You even have a small balcony :) The host was very nice and helpful. I received all the information I needed even before I got the chance to ask... I had to work until 12 and even though I had to leave my room at the check-our hour 11am, I was able to work from the breakfast room and use their internet 🙃 Breakfast at Café de Paris was delicious and the people working there very friendly :) All in one: definitely worth the money. I'd come back again 😊

The only thing I can complain about is that it was a bit loud in the evening. However, it is located in center city and there is a restaurant right under so it was to expect... therefore I'm not really complaining :)

The room is spacious, nice and close to the center. The bathroom is very nice. They also had some soap and body shampoo in the bathroom. The lady who welcomed us was very nice and helpful.

Communication through Booking and WhatsApp was not the best with them, as "Marco" didn't reply to the message. Good that the lady was there at the reception.

Staff, especially cara Noemi was very nice and friendly. The location is very central to walk. Of course you need to consider pros and cons if you want to stay central.

The room was great, clean, cute little balcony. The neighborhood was one of my favorite things about this place. All the restaurants were family owned, quieter (away from touristy area), and delicious! We were 5-10 minutes walk from everything we wanted to explore. Finally, the staff! Marco and Belinda were exceptionally helpful. They arranged a garage for our minivan, and helped us communicate with the garage owner who picked up and drove our car to the secure parking space. They let us keep the room longer since we were taking an evening ferry to Naples. They arranged for spare keys so our luggage was secure after check-out. I cannot truly say in words how their care and customer service elevated our stay in Palermo.

The breakfast is provided at a nearby bar, I’m guessing because of COVID 19 rules. Also, the WiFi didn’t work in our room, but we just used the common room.

A chair or two on the balcony would be nice :) breakfast is at a bar but we didn't mind it since we prefer to sit outside anyway. Might be a hassle in winter, though.

The host was very kind, the hotel is good, is just the room that needs better light , the breakfast was ok .

is a nice place but it can be renovated to be better. You can hear the people that is having coffee or the noise from outside in the morning.
