We book it unexpectedly when we have already been in Palermo and stayed in a different place. The host don't speak English very well, it took some time to take our keys but after that all was fine. A good size room, a common kitchen that we didn't need. Some rooms have stairs so keep it in mind if you have large suitcases. There was an elevator which is great for Sicily. Free breakfast at a close cafe which include a pastry and a drink. Good location.

Great location just 5 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the city bus that will take you to Mondello beach. There is a great restaurant in the grounds of the pension, pleasant staff led by Mr. Alfredo

The cleaners don't do much, but I guess I'm too spoiled. Downstairs at the reception there is a chance that you will meet staff who do not speak English, but luckily there is a Google translator. Pay attention to which room you choose, it may happen that you will have a window to the courtyard without any view.

Nice clean, quite room, with a great shower in the centre of Palermo. An easy check in /out. We had a little fridge in our room, so perfect for drinks etc. Our beds were made each day, which was nice. Breakfast was served in a little cafe a block away. All perfect for a couple of days in Palermo.

There was a kettle in our room but no cups or Tea/coffee making facilities.

i booked Piazza but in the end I stayed at a neighbouring accommodation owned by owner. it exceeded by expectations. i checked in late and was greeted by owner and staff Franchesca who ate both helpful and kind popping out to to get my daughter milk. the 2 interconnecting rooms were modern and clean and shower room very clean and made it feel like an apartment without a kitchen. towels are ample and breakfast is downstairs and is a pastry and Coffee. there is a smart TV nice and quiet great electric blinds allowed me to leave my luggage behind securely and pick it up the next day

general was good but little improvement I would make: 1. maybe a kettle to make another drink other than coffee machine 2. there were many doors to open with keys but it was safe and secure

Very clean. Close to Palermo’s city centre and to the most touristic attractions: perfect location. Room was quiet, no noise from the street and comfortable bed. Staff was really friendly. We loved and we would definitely come back. Perfect!

The room is in a modified appartment that offers a glimpse into the Palermitian life style. Beds were comfy. Heater and AC is available There was a boiler and cups for us Located in a good zone of Palermo The owner is very kind and he even gave us discount in his pizzeria. We were very happy with our booking

The shower is comfortable but it leaks to the bathroom floor and there was no mop Everything else was good.

Cleaning and reception staff were very nice, the room was clean, comfortable beds, calm neighbourhood but close to the centre.

There were no lamps near the beds, which isn’t practical because you either have no lights or ceiling lamp.

Very central and nice area, full or bars and restaurants at walking distance. Owner was really nice and helpful in suggesting us what to visit and where to go. The room was nice and well equipped.

There should be more hooks where to hang towels and clothes. Otherwise everything was very nice!

convenient location, keys were obtained from restaurant downstairs. apartment was clean, good size. common kitchen was available for use. apartment has what you needed for a couple night stay in Palermo.

The location is convenient. The room is modern and stylish. Great value for money. Breakfast is served at a bar a few minutes away from this place.

We parked on the street but parking is always full. Not easy to find one.
