the hotel was great, very clean the man in the breakfast area was awesome, very nice and I can’t still comprehend how he did everything and had time to greet everyone and be happy

the attitude some of the reception employees have, the day we got there didn’t feel welcome the man at the reception told me to go back in two hours for my passports because he had to inform the police. I had never seen so much time needed for something so simple. I went back in less than one hour and he was already done with the passports. only one of the men at the reception was nice to us I think his name was Danilo and a young lady who we interact with at the end of our stay

Great and big rooms with all needed equipment, every day cleaning with new towels etc. Nice service during breakfast time, very open and kind reception, possibility to leave luggage for how many hours you want in dedicated and closed space. Good coffee, very important is location, close to everything. 20minutes by walking straight to the main railway station (Palermo Centrale).

Same breakfasts every day, no vegetables, no fruits only apples. If you don't eat sweets or ham it would be difficult to eat anything.

Easy to book on the day of coming. Friendly staff. Spacious room. A fridge in the room.

The view from the window is to the wall and roof of another building. Though it is still a lot of light. No kettle in the room. But you can take hot water at reception. Breakfast is average. No vegetables, no hot food, even boiled eggs are cold. Very few fruits, sometimes none. On the whole it's almost bread of different types. The time of breakfast is since 7:30 to 9:45 was is a little bit inconvenient.

Kudos to the gentleman who cleaned our room, he was excellent, very thorough, came every morning, collected all the rubbish and changed all the towels daily. The towels were impeccably white, the hygiene of the bathroom, towels and bed sheets exceeded my expectations. The staff in the breakfast area were very polite, meet us with a friendly smile, they were professional and efficient, table cloths and cutlery were extremely clean. There was a right amount of food, quite a good range, very fresh and delicious.

The room was a bit small for the three beds, but it was not bad after all.

the coffee at breakfast, with such a coffee culture in Italy in general and Sicily in particular, it was underwhelming at best. ok automated machines, but better quality please. It was a pity as in general there was a fairly good selection of breakfast, even cannoli, a great addition.

the staff was super helpful, nice and friendly. They were real hard workers, doing their best to keep the hotel running. Especially workers in the restaurant didnt allow empty plates to stay empty for more than "a split of a second". Location of the hotel is also really good.

Breakfasts were quite weak, there was basically no local fruit (except for apples) and no vegetable, which is quite sad when Sicily has a lot to offer in this regards. Also luckily none of us had diabetes, otherwise there would be almost nothing to eat at breakfast as majority of the food was just sweet.

Check-in and check-out was good, staff is nice. Coffee is good for a hotel-coffee machine. Room are clean but don't expect a view. Better not having a view in that area of the city. Location is impeccable and inside rooms are very quiet. Rooms have a mini fridge that comes handy.

Breakfast should have whole grains bread and not only white flour (processed). Too much sugary options and too little salty, only ham and cheese and hard boiled eggs. Choice of tea is very limited. Should put to-go cups to take the tea/coffee in the room when we do not fancy sitting there. Only Italian TV channels, not BBC, CNN or TV5 Europe. Not all channels were working. Bathroom impeccable and towels changed daily. A/C working properly.

The location is great, it is very central yet tranquil. It is an old hotel but very clean. It's good that breakfast starts at an early hour.

I sent them a message about the parking place the day before but they never replied to me. Breakfast was good, but the juice machine was not good, I think it is better if they put juice boxes instead.

double bed consisting of two separate mattresses so there is a ‚crack’ in the middle - you cant sleep in the center or cuddle sleeping, you need to chopse a side. also wish there was a kettle in the room to make tea. the breakfast is very good but served until 9.30, so you cant sleep long if you want to eat, can be a bit too early for a holoday.

The location is great and quiet due to the limited traffic in the area. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was served early in the morning, from 7:00 a.m. Overall, excellent value for the money we paid.

The thin walls, we could hear a lot of noise coming from the other rooms (much more than from the outside). No vegetables at breakfast.
