Loved the communal feel of the property. Every morning we would join for breakfast and meet up with so many different nationalities. Guiseppi was fantastic in giving tips on things to do around Palermo. The room was comfortable and had everything you’d expect. We left the hotel early on our last day and were provided with a packed breakfast (which was a nice touch). Nice every morning to wake up and see what new cruise boats had arrived… literally next door.

The breakfast was fantastic, there was a variety of different food, even for vegan and vegetarians :) The place is located near the harbour like 5 min walk and close to the main city with 10 min walk. The host was very kind, helpful and had alot of knowlegde of which areas to visit, where to eat, what transportation is best etc. Very friendly place and you get very good service plus cleaning of the room is top. We will diffently recommend this place and come again :)

Very clean, Host was very helpful, bed was comfortable, fresh fruit available every morning, rooms cleaned every 2 days, breakfast was delicious. Host on hand to make coffee/ tea or other requests.

When booking I chose a room with a balcony, which is what I got but I was expecting the view in the pictures advertised, our room was overlooking the rear of the building / other buildings. Maybe I could have missed something in the ad to advise of this. The picture in the ad of the cruise ships is taken from the breakfast area. No iron in the room, but they do offer a laundry service if you don't have a travel iron.

We expected the location to be convenient and the room to be comfortable, seen other reviews The best surprises were - the lovely and homely breakfast - the helpfulness of our host who went out of his way to help us plan an excursion also when we declined expensive ones in favor of a bus/walk tour

I think this is the case in many areas in Palermo, but depending on which which way you come to the property, you may experience a lot of rubbish/falling apart properties. Just take a different route if it makes you uncomfortable.

Location was fine a little bit out but away from noisy street etc. ,breakfast was very good, secure property, staff was friendly and excellent hosts. I would give it close to a 10 although I investigate most stay’s as thorough as possible so I get what I want . Staff helped with breakfast, coffee / cappuccino , any extras and had a taxi promptly waiting to get us to the airport on time. Very good.

The location was convenient to get to the center and the marina. I found parking directly outside. The room was spotless and a good size. The rooms are within a large apartment which added a level of security. There was a small shared terrace. This would be an excellent choice for a group of 8 people. - all 4 rooms and living space for the group. Breakfast was OK.

Unfortunately, there were extremely noisy guests who presumed the apartment was all for them. This is not the Location 10 fault rather the set up of the rooms. It feels like one large apartment.

I've some.mobillity problems temporarily and Palermo's many charming little hotels and holiday apartments are not typically very accessible, so this was a great find This is a new elevator bldg, sea view apartment bnb with 4 guest rooms, clean, tasteful, and comfortable. Great bathroom, reliable wifi, comfortable bed and bedding. The location is virtually central but also special as it's just short walk to the new port with seaside restaurants and cafés. It's also not far to Teatro Massimo or Kalsa. There are a variety of restaurants in the neighborhood (including Indian, Filipino, Chinese), we loved pizzeria ristorante Leone for reasonably priced EXCELLENT sicilian dishes. Hosts are attentive, breakfast is generous, and the building and apartment are truly accessible .Highly recommended.

Property as advertised. Room comfortable and clean, equipped with a small fridge, common area equipped with a kettle and microgolfoven. Located within walking distance to the old town. Sufficient parking opportunities in the neighbouring streets (free of charge, though a bit dodgy). Smooth communication with the owners (who, unlike in our previous B&B, spoke very good English). Decent breakfast, with both sweet and savoury options.

Bathtub plug was missing. Also, the bathtub's shower screen was installed upside down, which meant that the rubber seal was on the top and not between the screen and the bathtub (consequently, we were flooding our bathroom while showering :P).

Close to all downtown attractions, it's in a new building .Breakfast and staff was excellent. Room was comfy

Location was not as expected .Entrance is in a dark alley, no lighting .hard to get into the mangate at night . We did a mad dash to get into the front gate .The parking is in alley also. They need to re adjust the light that comes on at the mangate so it comes on as you approach the gate from outside.the light comes on only when you are inside Bookings .com needs to fix GPS coordinates for this site , they are wrong .I ended up 15 min away in old palermo district.

It's really close to the historical center, about 10 minutes walk. It's close to the sea, there is view of the port and the mountains from the dining room terrace. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The breakfast is more Italian, mostly sweet things and only one kind of salami and cheese. Maybe adding some boiled egg would be good. We took Deluxe Double Room with Balcony, I would avoid it second time, the balcony not good for nothing, it's on the inner side of the building and there are four air-conditioner motors and the gas heater on it, all of them can be heard inside the room. I think all other rooms are quieter than this.
