We had an amazing experience at B&B Cubbaita. The room was spotless, with all the necessary facilities like air conditioning, hair dryer, shampoo, and clean bed sheets. Salvatore, the owner, was incredibly friendly and always available to provide helpful advice. If you choose the option with breakfast included, they provide coupons for a charming bakery just a 5-minute walk away, offering delicious local treats. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to the port. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

We liked everything!

We only stayed one night on our way back to the UK. The whole place is lovely and finished to a very high standard. It was very hot so it helped that we had aircon but being in the roof meant it took a while to cool down. We didn't have breakfast as we wanted to use the morning to explore but would have liked a coffee machine in our room as my partner is Italian and likes a coffee (or 2!) when he wakes up!

There wasn't anything we didn't like, we'd perhaps mention it's on a high floor and has a very small lift and to get to our room we needed to go upstairs with some very heavy bags. The host was very helpful and assisted us with all of that but lift not good if you don't like small spaces.

Check in was fast and easy and the host was very helpful with marking the maps with must see areas. Our shower was full size and room was big enough not to feel cramped. Tea and coffee was a nice touch. Location was just outside the old town, 10 min walk but that reduced the city noise greatly. The only minus I would give is the breakfast coupon for down the street, the man behind the counter was the most unfriendly staff we met in Sciliy,

Breakfast coupon, but not here for that. Just ask the host before on what you can order before you go there.

From the outside the location may not look great, but once you found your way inside using the coolest tiny elevator i have ever seen the picture changes completely. The location is clean and very modern. - i was able to park my motorcycle inside the court, this took away my worries parking my motorcycle on the streets in a city. - very close to the port. - lots of possibilities to get food around the place.

It's more of an Abnb than a B&B. It felt like renting a room in a house. Having said that, the owner and his children were very nice. It really comes down to what you prefer. Plus, breakfast was at a coffee bar not far away. They were not particularly friendly at that place, like some reviews here already stated.

Clean, modern and spacious room in a quiet neighborhood, just 10 minutes walk from the historic center. All amenities, cold water and coffee available. Good comunication with the host. Parking in the courtyard is very helpful as parking is difficult in Palermo. We definitely recommend it!

We had breakfast vouchers for a place not far away but the staff at the cafe were rude and hopeless. The location of the hotel was good and on the whole, we really enjoyed our stay. Salvatore was quick to respond to our calls from the front door when we arrived - he suddenly appeared on his motorbike and welcomed us in :-). The onsite parking was excellent!

Not much to complain about....the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and Salvatore was very helpful.

The clean and modern look of the place as well as the host. The host was very helpful pointing out the many sights around, some good restaurants, and most of all a place to get an true Sicilian Head vase for my Daughter-in-Law.

I suppose the only tricky thing was having so many keys to get in but that’s not necessarily a downside - it was very secure!!

Parking lot inside the yard, which is very helpful in the crowded street. Close to the harbour for leaving with the ferry boat and also having the rental car return next door :-) We especially appreciated the uncomplicated and flexible luggage storage on our last day, which made the stay in Palermo very pleasant until the very end. Very smart and attractive interior!
