awesome stay Especially for singles and first visit to Palermo. The location is very centered. The landlord Giuseppe and his wife are super friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom are super clean, and the breakfast is very nice! you can find lots of snacks in your room. I couldn't find a transportation to the airport as it was early morning, the landlord dropped me.

Service and check-in was great. They were very accommodating and kind. Great value for money and location. Quiet street so no Palermo street noise at night which is a huge plus but close enough to all of the city activities, markets, restaurants, etc.

The location

Due to the Volcanic eruption in Catania, all flights were cancelled. Luckily, we found a flight from Palermo to Paris which meant we had to find accommodation quickly in Palermo. We spent the whole day in Catania airport; as the next bus to Palermo was not leaving until 8.40 pm. We communicated to the reception that we would be arriving around 12. They then charged us €20 extra as we were late arrivals. My partner and I found this disgusting; as it was clear they were taking advantage of people who were stuck due to unforeseen circumstances. The receptionist was rude and cold; told us to shush the minute she met us, never asked us how we were etc. They mention they serve breakfast but the only breakfast available is 2 small capsules of coffee and some croissants/cookies that are not even fresh (in plastic bags). The bathroom we had to share was disgusting with lots of hairs either on the floor, in the sink or in the shower!
