The location is awesome and the room was very clean and comfortable. But this is not the reason why I will definitely stay here again. The main reason is simply Davide. Not only was he accommodating to our needs (late arrival, weired breakfast requests :)) but he was genuinely friendly and helpful, he arranged parking for us when there was not even one parking place in the whole area (due to a festival happening that night), he arranged an awesome program with restaurants suggestions which made our stay just awesome. The room service was always attentive and our stay was very comfortable. This experience just raised the bar for any other future B&B stays :).

Very helpful owner who told us about good restaurants in the near as well as had prepared a plan of what you need to see, arranged a carpark and enjoyed a good chat. Nice personal arranged breakfast even with canolli (my partner liked them and told him so!), all close to the city center so it was easy for sightseeing.

The room was very nice and clean. It had all the amenities to have a lovely and comfortable stay. The location was near restaurants and even a pharmacy just across the street. Breakfast was delicious and can be eaten at the dining area or delivered at your room. My favorite part of the room was the service. Davide is one of the most positive and helpful person you could meet. He goes above and beyond to make your stay in Palermo a memorable one. He even created a whole itinerary for you if you plan on exploring Palermo. I highly recommend staying in Le Quattro Stagioni. You will get a great A+ service.

Our host was so friendly and kind giving us an excellent welcome to the city. He provided us with an informative guide and spoke perfect English. The rooms were large and clean, the AC worked very well, and the shades in the room can create total darkness (perfect for naps and late mornings). The breakfast was to die for, with so many options and the option to have it served at your door. The location was slightly off the beaten path, but still near everything we wanted to see.

There is ongoing construction since this hotel is expanding (yay!) and the construction noises were a bit jarring during the day.

We are quite experienced travellers and have NEVER given any accommodation in the world a top grade, but this place deserves it. We could not find a single thing that we wanted different about this place. Everything was absolutely satisfactory. The room is clean with a beautiful view. The bed is comfortable and pillows are even available in a firm and a soft variant. They even provide their own city guide upon arrival, demonstrating that they really care about your stay being a success. All details you could possibly image have been accounted for. Thank you to Davide who demonstrated the best customer service and kindness we have ever received throughout our travel. No need for a 6 star hotel - choose this place instead.

Nothing. This is the most perfect accommodation we have ever experienced. The only critic is, that the rooms are much better in reality than the photos display on the website.

The property is one the first floor with elevator in the heart of Palermo. It is wonderful to see every day life around your hotel. The narrow streets and abundance of car will require you to take a valet service for a parking garage at euro 16 a day. The beautiful buildings are a stone throw away The host Davide will do everything he can to make your stay pleasant and wrinkle free. The room is modern, the bed great, comfortable bathroom Highly recommended

Davide welcomed us with open arms and an incredibly generous spirit! He was very kind and thoughtful with providing us with all of the information we would need, as well as went to the effort of giving us some top recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants around town. The room was beautiful, as well as the breakfast area and the breakfast itself, with the best pistachio croissants I have ever had, made fresh everyday! The property was very secure which we appreciated, and walking distance to all monumental areas and the historical centre.

Davide was a very hospitable host and gave us lots of information about places to eat in Palermo. He even made restaurant reservations for us and texted us the night before to remind us to place our breakfast order for the next morning. The B&B is very conveniently located and is walking distance to most of the sights.

The room was tight for 2 people and their full size suitcases. The shower door in our bathroom opened/closed in an awkward way so it got the floor all wet.

We had a fantastic time at Le Quattro Stagioni thanks to Davide. He ensured we had an amazing experience. Nothing is too much to ask; he provides delightful breakfasts, considers allergies, and shares a lot about Palermo and the surroundings. We have rarely encountered such a great host and recommend anyone hesitating to book this B&B to make a reservation. Davide will not disappoint you!

This B&B is in the perfect location and is beautifully maintained and presented. Our host, Davide, is exceptionally helpful and arranged restaurant bookings and gave us very helpful advice on things to do and see in Palermo. We wanted to stay an extra night but he was booked out and generously arranged accommodation for us in a nearby B&B, which was also very good. We have no hesitation in recommending to stay here.
