Great location close to the town center but not right in it. Quiet, clean and worked well for our family of three. Appreciate that it had a drying rack so we could hand wash a few items since we were mid-travels. Interesting architecture

The upstairs bed was okay but the pullout sofa is extremely uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep in it. I would recommend this room place only for people who don’t need more than one bed. Also, no windows except for the front door and the sealed door between this property and the one adjacent has no soundproofing so you hear all conversations, singing and drunk neighbors who get in late.

The flat is located in the city center some minutes walk from the cosy old town and the beautiful bay. The flat has special atmosphere and it is clean. You can make coffee there (into only one small cup). The host was kind because she gave us some glasses when we missed them.

It is better to know there are no glasses, plates and cutlery in the flat and it is forbidden to eat in it. It is very strange. I rather recommend it only for two people because the sofa bed is horribly creaky downstairs. The host was not flexible at all regarding check-in and check-out. And we had to wait in front of the door when we had arrived few minutes earlier than appointed time despite the fact she was is in the flat.

a typical small italian breakfast of cafe and cornetti at a nearby cafe was excellent and included in the price. very close to the pebble beach and all the eateries.

Parking ok this time of year (May) but you will struggle in high season to find a central spot.

Everything was perfect. Our kids loved the property even there was no swimming pool:) perfect location, beautiful interior, clean and cozy.

Absolutely fantastic and quirky accommodation in a perfect location for the town. Highly recommended. Free street parking is right outside the (green) door. House numbering is also a bit quirky! The town is exceptional and very much worth a visit, particularly at night. Breakfast at Up and Town came with great coffee and cake.

What's not to like.

Nice and cool and clean. Compact but with all we needed and we were let in early which was great.

Just 2 minutes before arriving, we received a message from the owner, saying it was strictly forbidden to eat any food in the apartament. We had just done grocery shopping, so it came as an unpleasant surprise. No such information was given in the room description. If we knew about that, we would probably choose another apartment or at least plan accordingly and eat out before arriving. The bed downstairs was creaky and noisy, also the door separating from neighboring apartament is very thin, you could hear everything. We did not feel comfortable there. The owner asked us to pay additional local tax, which we were not surprised with, it was similar in other apartments that we visited that week, but we later checked that the price that we had paid through booking included the local tax already.

The room had a great location very close to the heart of Polignano. Kitchen facilities very basic, we would have liked some real glasses to enjoy a bottle of wine before heading out to dinner. breakfast included is very good at the local cafe. We found both beds a little uncomfortable although great to have 2 double beds in the room when you are travelling with a friend not your spouse. The street is very quiet easy for sleeping.
