Great location to get to Polignano a Mare town centre and walking distance to the waterfront, beaches and restaurants/bars. The town is fairly small so everything is walkable. The room is decently sized although it is advertised as being bigger I believe this is if you choose the option to go with the second adjoining room. A simple breakfast is included and it was so nice to wake up to the smell of fresh coffee in the mornings

It's a bit hard to find and initially we accidentally went to the other accommodation which is also under the same owner but a few doors down. Parking was also a bit difficult to find and it wasn't very clear which spots/places we could park in. If you are going to drive here just be sure you know exactly which areas are okay to park. Check out time is early and stated as being from 10am - 10.30am but the owner was knocking on the door just after 10am to get us out. There aren't many shops nearby to buy toiletries and these aren't provided so make allowances for these before you arrive

-the location was amazing, we stayed during San Vito festival which is the celebration of the patron saint of poligano and it was incredible as the street we stayed on had parades and celebrations every evening. we could sit on the balcony and watch the events and it was like nothing I’ve ever seen before. - the host was lovely. we loved the place so much we asked the host to stay an extra night and she organised another home for us to stay in just next door for us so last minute. we really appreciated it

Amazing location, only a few min walk from many cafes and restaurants and beautiful views. Very nice breakfast and the owner was amazing with letting us to check in early so we can go on a boat trip later that day. Also parking wasn’t a big issue as we thought it may be as there is a free parking available only 1min walk from the property.

Everything was perfect, we felt at home thanks to our host, Mrs. Grace:) ... The breakfast was delicious, the coffee very good, the beds comfortable, the location close to the center and the sea !! Very good price / quality ratio ! We will definitely be back! Thank you Mrs. Grace for everything and especially for the oranges / lemons you offered .... they were the sweetest oranges ever

I was so happy to stay for 2 night. It was very clean and cozy and quite place. We can use whole beautiful balcony. Host was so welcomed and breakfast was good. Center was closed you can walk 5minutes.

Great location, on the quiet end of Via Roma.

not sure why but we thought we would have access to rooftop, that’s just for 1 room. we had a balcony that was very nice to sit out on and sip on a glass of wine.

Grazia was an incredible host, made me feel so comfortable. the accommodation had every facility required for a traveler.
