I had an amazing time. Everything needed was there and more! Coffee/tea was freely available in the common area and beach towels were also provided. Great bed and shower. Every morning I took a coffee and had breakfast on the incredible terrace with a unbelievable view. I always had the terrace to myself too. Marco was always there when I needed him and I was even allowed to check in early. He also gave me lots of tips on where to eat/drink. I used this place as a base to visit all the towns and it was perfect. I can definitely recommend staying here!

The wifi was sometimes a bit slow when I used it on two devices at the same time, but it did not bother me.

Well located at one end of Monterosso opposite beaches and restaurant. Marco was an excellent host and looked after us well during check in, explaining the locality and the options for discount rail travel and about the various trails and costs. The room, whilst at the rear of the property, was a decent size and was air conditioned. Good bathroom and shower. There was a large and comfortable lounge with kettle and coffee and a roof terrace which was nice when it wasn’t raining! It was a short walk from the station so quite convenient. Would stay again.

This accomodation is even better in person than advertised! The room itself was beautiful, clean and had all the facilities listed on booking.com. It is in a great location right in front of the beach in Monterosso and the shared terrace and living space was very useful. However, above all, the host Marco was amazing! He was so polite from the moment we arrived and gave us so much information on what we could do during our stay. He went above and beyond explaining everything there is to know about Cinque Terre and set us up very nicely. They pay so much attention to the finer details and made our stay in Monterosso a very memorable one. We would definitely stay here in the future!

This property was so much better than we could have imagined. The staff at check-in were very helpful, and the information given prior to arrival ensured it was easy to find the property. The room was lovely - one of those places where you arrive and it is better than expected. It was also kept very clean. The terrace overlooking the water was lovely, providing a great place for a glass of wine or a cuppa whilst watching the world go by. We also loved the added touch of tea and coffee making facilities, and wine glasses and bottle opener. We couldn’t fault this place.

In a perfect location overlooking the beach we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay to access all 5 villages with easy access to the train station , bars, restaurants and ferry it was perfect . The rooms were comfortable, modern and clean with a shared terrace and living room . Coffee making facilities, bottle openers and glass recycling also provided . The host Marco was great. Being local he knew all the best hikes , even ones that are not listed on the app’s . Nothing was too much trouble for him and he has detailed information about what’s going on , the price of tickets and was happy to let us leave our bags for a few hours on check out . He was constantly in touch with us on arrival day to ensure we found the property and we cannot recommend this property man’s Marco highly enough . We will be back . Thanks Marco 🙌

What a dream! A beautiful location, a convenient walking distance to everything in town, a gorgeous ocean view from the balcony, a wonderfully set up room (love the roller blinds! Love the space to unpack! A huge bathroom counter!). Marco was a fantastic host. He gave me personalised advice on arrival based on my interests for my stay, and he even helped me out with directions when I got a little confused while hiking to Riomaggiore! I can't recommend this place more.

I wish I'd stayed longer!

Great check in experience with Marco carefully explaining the facilities and answering all our questions about hiking. The room was very comfortable. We had a loft upstairs for our son and it was a good space for him. Having the outdoor terrace was a bonus and the communal sitting area was excellent. There was a variety of tea and wine glasses so you could sit outside to enjoy the views. I would recommend staying here.

Having a little milk for the tea and coffee in the communal area would have been good

We loved the location, on the beachfront with views of the Cinque Terre villages on the mountainside to the left and Neptune on the right. Close to bars, restaurants and the train station. The accommodation has a fabulous communal lounge and terrace, shared between the 4 rooms, which made chatting to other holidaymakers easy. The room we stayed in was quiet, super-dark with electric shutters, comfortable and clean. Marco met us to check us in and popped by regularly to help with recommendations and advice. He was so friendly and helpful.

I give this place place a 20 star. I loved our room with great ocean view with two twin beds in the loft and the common area is wonderful. very nicely decorated room and common area with a common area balcony looking straight to the ocean. This place is so well located with the private and free beach just across the street. the common area also has coffee and tea and wine glasses for one to use with a bottle opener. Also. Marco was just awesome. He is so helpful letting you know where is best to eat and showing you your room and all they offer. The town of Monterosso is also the best of all 5. it’s the only one with a real beach. don’t stay anywhere ese that this location and in these rooms.

We had our own balcony in the triple room but preferred the shared massive balcony overlooking the beach mostly we had it to our selves . Fab location close to train station flat walking near plenty of restaurants overlooking the beach so you could duck back to your room anytime . We were apprehensive being older and having mostly used hotels but the location and Marco the host was great . We had the best time loved it all
