Superb location on boardwalk in Monterosso. Room had a balcony with chairs facing the sea and boardwalk...spent many wonderful hours there. Make sure you book a sea-view room, as not all rooms have this feature. Only ten rooms in total.

No real complaints.

The hotel location is right across the street from the beach. There is a parking lot directly across, but the view is still good. Breakfast was above average. Staff was accommodating. We asked to have some laundry done and it was very reasonable. The room was a bit small, but not uncomfortable. There was a minor problem with the shower head not staying in place in our room that needed to be fixed. Hotel is close to the train station for getting to the other towns in Cinque Terra.

There was a minor problem with the shower head. It was a busy time in Cinque Terra and we did get a bit of street noise. But it was not a major issue. Our balcony was on the street with a nice view.

We loved breakfast on the roof terrace overlooking the sea. It was great to go up there late afternoon as well to enjoy a drink in the sun. We had the place top ourselves! We loved our wrap around balcony for evening drinks with views to the sea but also watching the world go by on the street below. The location of the hotel is excellent - not too far at all from the train station but leaving the crowds behind. The old town is an evening stroll away for restaurants there but there are many restaurants along the water front within a few minutes walk. We sat and ate on the balcony a couple of nights with fresh produce from the little supermarket next door to the hotel with beers from the minibar and an excellent bottle of local house wine from the bar downstairs. Would definitely book again if we visit the Cinque Terre again.

We enjoy walking and as the weather was hot in June we would have liked breakfast a little earlier than 8.30 to make an earlier start on the trails - but that’s just a suggestion. Otherwise we loved the hotel.

The location was fantastic - very easy ,quick walk from the station and directly across from the beach and a playground as well as sports area. The sounds of kids playing soccer etc were delightful and not intrusive . We were in a sea view room and loved sitting on our balcony taking in the view and atmosphere of the town. Staff were EXCEPTIONAL - kind, attentive and wanting only to ensure our comfort and happiness. Had a great meal there as well - great value for money and very tasty pizzas. Coffee was so, so good.

Breakfast was a little 'different' as it was set up as a buffet but one couldn't help oneself. It may well be a hangover from Covid, but it did make it awkward for guests who naturally went to choose from the buffet but were then told staff had to serve it. Difficult to genuinely get exactly what you want in those circumstances as , without that being the intention, you felt quite pressured to choose really quickly.

The location was excellent…and very convenient for us, being older and with mobility issues…close to the train station, with parking across the street, and an elevator

Although the hotel is located on the waterfront, the large parking lot directly across the street (mixed blessing) and an adjacent busy playground impaired the view and the ocean ambiance. The breakfast was pretty basic, though passable. Considering the room price, that should be upgraded. The breakfast staff were, however, excellent.

Amazing location, in the better part of Moneterosso, closer to the train, but a 10 min walk to the touristy part as well. The bed was so comfortable, with memory foam. The terrace was well kept and beautiful. Breakfast was a 10/10 diverse, hot, sweet and savory buffet. Coffees were made to order the correct way, without counting how many you had. And the front desk person was also so informative and helpful. We loved our stay here more than anywhere else in Cinque Terre.

Quite expensive over 320+ € per night. Breakfast wasn’t great. Guests could go to Café Antonio next door for a better breakfast

The location was great for going to the beach and the train station. It was a bit busy because of it's location but it was very convenient for everything we needed.

It was a busy area. The air conditioner was either very cold or off. We asked to have it looked at but it never was fixed. We made do, turning it on when it got too hot and then just turning it off. At least there was air conditioning because we found that is something you can't always count on when traveling in Europe.

The location was convenient to everything in Monterosso. We loved the little private balcony with views of the sea. The breakfast on the rooftop was very nice, too. We were able to borrow beach towels for swimming. It was nice that the desk was staffed from early in the morning until late at night.

There was a soccer pitch across from the hotel that could be a little noisy until about midnight — but only if we left the windows open. With them closed and the air on, we didn’t hear anything.

This is a cute property right at the beach. It is away from much of the cruise tour traffic of old town but an easy stroll into town and a 5 minute walk from the train station. The room was exceptionally clean and seemed to have new tile in the bathroom and fresh paint on the walls. The door to the cute balcony had a newer metal door with double insulated windows. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was marvelously eager to serve and oh so pleasant.

We arrived apparently end of season and when I asked how to raise the temperature at night I was told the system had been turned off. It wasn't unbearable but our weather was very mild. Walls are thin and you can hear most everything inside the building. If you like to sleep in, it's very noisy on the 1st floor as they set up for breakfast.
