This was the highlight of our stays in Italy. Fantastic location and views. We got two rooms, each with its own bathroom so we were very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and Carola, our host was incredible. Through 10 days of travel in Italy, she was the only host we met in person, which always adds up to the experience. She recommended great places to eat and to see to make the best out of short time in Cinque Terre. Would not only recommend, but we would happily go back in a heartbeat.

The views were amazing. The room was very clean, and there’s daily cleaning. It’s located in the historic section of the town with cute shops and restaurants but it’s tough to get to if you drive. I recommend not driving to Monteroso as parking is very tough and Google maps is not very helpful.

The towels while they were changed daily, they always smelled a little moldy. I think it might be because she’s not using bleach and maybe mold has grown into the towels. My partner did not have any problems with the towels. I have a very sensitive nose.

The queen bed with balcony room was nice. The room is tastefully decorated. Shower and bathroom are of good size. The a/c worked well and the property is located off the main strip so it’s very quiet. Host is very responsive, nice, and funny. I would stay here again without question. It’s about a 10-12 minute walk from the train station. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay, look no further and book here.

There is no issue with the property but future guests should be aware that there are around 90-100 steps up to the property. If you need to there are places to rest as you climb the stairs. There is an alternate route to the property that avoids the bulk of the stairs but it is slightly longer thus making the stairs the better option.

This was a fantastic place to stay in Monterosso. It was close to a number of restaurants but still managed to feel quiet and cozy at night. Carola was easy to communicate with and a fantastic host. The beds are comfortable and the showers were great. Very easy to walk to any of the hiking paths nearby and to/from the train station. I'd highly recommend staying here.

The proprietor was lovely - warm and helpful. She met us on the day of our arrival at the bottom of the steps to help us find out way. She had wonderful suggestions for restaurant and activities. She arranged a rollaway bed for our youngest. The rooms were bright and clean, and opened on a beautiful grassy patio with chairs - like an outdoor living room for our suite. The a/c worked brilliantly.

The rooms were a bit tight for the five people we stuffed inside, but still restful and we're well designed to make the most of the space. Plenty of storage for luggage, end tables etc

The house is quite easy to reach from the train station. The area is very quiet and the view from the balcony is simply stunning. The room had everything we needed, and it was very clean and tidy, you also get beach towels, which is nice. The host is very attentive and helpful, as is the cleaning lady. Hope to return here some time in the future!

A wonderful place to stay. Beautiful rooms, bathrooms and garden. The location is so close to everything and Carola the host was extremely welcoming. We picked the property based on its high booking.com score and it lived up to every point. Thanks for a great stay and we will definitely be back in the future. GRAZI!

The water bottles in the fridge were not refilled on the second day. We left the money for the minibar on the table..

The room was very clean and well equipped. The bathroom was updated and very clean with a lovely shower. The hostess Carola was lovely and very helpful.

The garden area outside the room was not well kept but Carola mentioned that her lawnmower broke. Getting to the room is difficult with stairs or a steep cobble stone path. If you have big suitcases it will be difficult.

The garden terrace is beautiful! Carola was very welcoming and had researched all the closures on the Cinque Terre trail AND came up with alternative routes for us to take. The room was immaculate and Carola provided a book of recommendations from restaurants to beaches. We would 100% stay here again.

everything! It was so clean and comfortable and nothing to complain about. The host Carola was the nicest person and the cleaning team cleaned and organised our room everyday. The location was perfect, just a few steps down to old town and a wonderful view from our room with a little garden outside. Me and my friend are on a trip we’re we travel around a lot, therefor we stay at many different places, but this is definitely the best place so far!
