This was a great value. Location was very good - only a few steps up to the hotel lobby. Staff and housekeeping service was wonderful. Written directions for tourist info was exceptionally clear, easy to access and helpful. There was a very fast, full service laundry practically next door with great prices The waterfront, banking, shops, great restaurants and bars for meals, pastries, gelato and drinks were within steps. It was a relatively flat 15 minute walk from train station. The waterfront had restaurants, shops, swimming, restaurants, boat and ferry rides. Hiking access was great.

My room faced the small road and it was sometimes noisy in the morning.

Andrea made us feel right at home. He waited for us when our train was delayed to check in and helped us up the steps with our bags. He was also really helpful worth restaurant advice etc. We loved having a window above the street and a nice patio to relax in.

This hotel is at the end of town, so it is just a bit longer walk from everything than I would have liked, but if you are hiking, it is very near the trail.

We were very happy with our accommodation. Location was good - a little away from the center so quieter, but still very close and convenient. Room was clean and well appointed, and was refreshed each day by simply clicking the light on the door when we left. Best of all was the hospitality and help from our host Andrea, and his colleagues - tremendous, really made a difference in our stay. Restaurant recommendations, travel assistance, local knowledge, he was there for everything and always in a very friendly way. Even got our dog fix with his boy Blue! Overall very enjoyable and a great value. I wouldn't call it paradise:), but it was great!

Such a great place!! Not too expensive! Location was great- only 10 min flat walk from train station. Only 20 or so stairs to property. Right in the heart of Monterosso village so very easy to pop in and out of the accommodation. Andrea was awaiting my arrival and had lots of information planned for us. Very helpful and lovely! Rooms were tidied each day! The housekeeper was lovely too. Bed and pillows were comfy Air conditioning was great. Rooms were a decent size, ensuite wasn’t too small. Shower was great. I loved the little clothes line out the window

Great location. Andrea was a wealth of knowledge and had a downloadable drive with information galore about the Cinque Terre. The room was adequate although very small. Bathroom also very small. The walls also paper thin and can hear most things the next room we’re doing. Location was top notch about 15 min walk from train station and 3 min walk to the boat harbour.

An amazing host, super friendly and helpful. We were very impressed by the host of this property who really goes the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Would stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Only downside was the room has a smell of a smokers room. Not super strong but strong enough to notice it as a non smoker. They are non smoking rooms but I think in the past this may not have been the case.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and it was perfect. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the train station but it’s an easy walk and pretty flat so manageable with your suitcase. Just steps from the old town and a great cafe-Mae Caa. The room was a good size, had a large bed, closet, fridge, and a drying rack out the window. But what really made my stay was Andrea. I’m a solo traveler and have travelled to Europe probably 20 times so I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. He was incredible. Always had a smile on his face, answered all my questions, asked how my day was, and was full of suggestions. He’s one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Thank you for everything Andrea!

The location of the accommodation was ideal, away from the main busy street in Monterosso, yet close to so many great restaurants and cafes. Or host Andrea went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, had lots of great tips about what to do and where to eat, and has spent a lot of time carefully thinking about ways to help his guests. He has even curated a map of the town with his personal recommendations! The aircon in the room worked well, and it was great having a clothes line out the window to hang our beach towels and bathers out to dry overnight. The rooms are simple, but have everything you need. We had a great stay, and the local bakery recommendation for breakfast is perfect too!

The staff makes you feel like home. They are very nice people. I would stay there again for sure. It is clean, in a good location, and the service is nice - they send you a file with tips for restaurants, etc. I also had the chance to meet their dog on an occasion, TOO CUTE! <3

It can be noisy during the morning, so it can be a little hard to sleep until late if you want. But I would stay there again.

I highly recommend staying here. Andreas is lovely and made us feel so comfortable, a top host. He had made a very helpful document explaining all the best places to go in Monterosso, including links to all the places. The location is perfect, close to the beach and all the amenities and the room has all the basic necessities. I hope to stay again in the future one day. Thank you Andreas.
