Close from the main train station, clean, comfortable bed, many sockets, friendly staff,... The room (and bathroom) may not have been very big but it was well enough and i've had a very nice stay for a good price-quality ratio!

there was no view but it was to be expected at the first floor (and having shutters at the window was a plus). The walls were not completely soundproof but my neighbours were very calm. My only real regret would be the absence of a kettle inside the room (there is one you can use by the reception desk but it is not as practical...)

The bed was amazing! We were a couple and requested a double bed, which was given to us. We could keep the luggage in the locker room after checking out, and the location was very close to Roma Termini. The private bathroom was clean and spacious. The AC was working fine and the staff was super friendly. We paid 56euro/night for a double room with city tax included during peak season. Hotel Positano is a steal!

the cleaning was excellent. No dust, and everything smelling like it was freshly cleaned. The staff was very polite, and there was no language barrier when speaking in English.

You could see some signs of extensive usage of the rooms (namely the door of the bathroom and the shower). Also, the fact that we did not get our own room key, and always had to go to the reception to get the door open was not ideal.

Very nice personal on the reception which was opened 24/7.

Sometimes there were problems with wifi and poor 4G signal, I had to work there so it was bit uncomfortable but if you go there just to visit Rome, then it is ok.

The room was big and comfortable, since there were four of us, I found it very spacious. Everything is new. Renovated bathroom.

There is no place you can hang a towel on after taking a shower, so as a suggestion to the owners, they can add some hangers, and shelves. A soap holder as well. Termini location is strategically good, but the streets are dirty!

Staff absolutely superb, they made the experience.for.us. En suite worked as it should, bed was comfortable and clean.

Room was a little shabby and cramped but can't complain for a last minute booking. Building was quite tired also but overall a nice experience

The ubication, kind service people, the room it was so clean.

The hotel it was not positano, we dont liked to walk to another hotel with the luggage.

there was a great reception guy over there he was very generous, decent, and its easy to communicate with him because he speaks many languages and open minded.🇧🇩❤️

the shower water was not that to us(sometime the water is hot sometimes its cold) that is the only issue for us

The hotel is fine, close to Termini station. The room is good, no problem at all. The manager Mohamed is a great person, very receptive and friendly, the best of the hotel.

Hot water pressure was not so good, but it was OK at the end, you can be there easily.
