Aside from the amazing location and lovely hotel, what set this trip apart for me was the helpfulness and kindness of the staff. Unfortunately just before our trip, my granny hurt her hip and we were worried she’d have to spend the weekend in the hotel, but the staff arranged a wheelchair for us, carried it in and out of the hotel and constantly checked on us. We ended up having an amazing time because of their help, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Grazie a tutto lo staff!

Fantastic location, close to the Spanish steps and Tevi Fountain. Really close to the metro making traveling around really easy and quick. Staff were friendly and approachable and helped us with getting early take away breakfasts and gluten free options at breakfast too. The room was clean, a good size and had all we needed. Would definitely recommend and return in the future. Ta6nks for a great stay!

The hotel was located near the Trevi fountain with easy access to the Metro. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were excellent. They provided a nice breakfast in the cafe located in the hotel.

Luca and his staff made this a pleasurable stay. I blew up my nebulizer with the adapter and front desk sent me to the closest farmacia. My husband broke his glasses and they sent us to the closest store. Chef cooked up some great pizza and lasagna. Great location near taxi stand and piazza barberini. We loved it so much we canceled our other reservation and spent the last two days of our trip at the Modigliani.

Good if repetitive ‘continental’ breakfast in pleasant restaurant- great coffee. Nice lounge area with used paperbacks around (in English). Absolutely excellent location - 30mins max walk to anywhere in central Rome, Borghese Gardens 10mins away, ditto Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps -super covenient! Restaurants all around.

This is the second time we have stayed at Hotel Modigliani but it had been many years. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We arrived early and they held our luggage for the day. The hotel was clean and nicely maintained. This trip we stayed in the apartment with private terrace which was super cute! Breakfast was a plus. Location, location, location! Just a few minute walk from the metro. It’s close to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain, but also a great location for touring Rome by foot! We highly recommend.

The hotel was small and well-located, close to the Spanish Steps and good restaurants. The room was a good size, quiet and clean. It had a small balcony and was next to the garden. I will stay there again when I return to Rome.

Great location, friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. Garden courtyard was an added bonus.

The hotel is like a boutique hotel, only 24 rooms. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are amazing. From Luka on the desk to the daily breakfast team we were looked after incredibly well each day. The internal garden and foyer space are tranquil and peaceful. Close to the Medici Villa, Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. even Pepy’s by the Bernini fountain is amazing for Cocktail’s. Bernini’s Villa too is a gallery 300 metres up the hill from the fountain. It’s great value for money and small and friendly.

The only down side for me is the hill up to the hotel. After walking all day around Rome there was always that hill to look forward to. Just take your time one foot in front of the other and you’ll get there.
