Staff were amazing. So helpful and full of knowledge and advice about the city.

Location is slightly outside the tourist attraction areas but is close to the train terminal, metro and Hop On-Off bus which solved that issue

conveniently located by the main train station, really good aircon, fully stocked and reasonably priced mini bar, staff were really helpful

The room was beautiful and our balcony was more than expected! Very clean and modern, the bed was sooo comfortable! The daily bottle of water was also much appreciated.

Wait staff at breakfast should write down orders as each day something in our order was not what we had asked for. They were very courteous and friendly. We knew we were not guaranteed an early check that we had requested but after arriving at 7am we would have liked a sooner check in than 3pm when our room was finally ready.

The rooms were so beautiful, spacious and spotless. I was absolutely delighted with our room. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the facilities in the room were excellent. There was Netflix on the tv (however we didn’t watch much as we were out exploring but it was nice to know it was there). Staff were extremely kind and helpful they really assured that we were comfortable and could not do enough for us! One staff member even came outside to make sure that the taxi we were getting was trust worthy and that we were safe, which was very comforting as we are three young girls in an unfamiliar city! I can’t recommend this place enough

Stayed in September 2023. This is a great hotel within close proximity to the train station. It is small, modern and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and are more than happy to help with anything you need. There is a small breakfast room, I was very impressed with the food. The room was spotless and the air conditioning was great as it was about 34 degrees while we were there. There are some nice local restaurants nearby and it’s about a 25/30 min walk into the main areas. We stayed for 3 nights and overall I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Rome.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough. The staff were exceptional; extremely helpful and friendly throughout, helped with our luggage both on arrival and departure, and our room was left spotless daily after being cleaned. We landed slightly earlier than check in, but they were able to accommodate us and let us check in early. On the day we checked out, we were able to leave our bags with no issues in a locked room ready to collect before our flight. Within a 30 minute walk of the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain, and close access to tubes and buses should you not want to walk. Would definitely return.

The location of the hotel is wonderful - few minutes walk from the Rome station. The hotel is new and staff is very helpful. Our passports were stolen on the day we checked out. My mum is in wheel chair. I had to leave my mum at the hotel so that we could deal with the embassy faster — as our flight was in few hours. The hotel staff helped me to take care of my mum— getting her water, helping her to go to toilet. They are amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Very good hotel! As soon as you enter you get a welcoming experience from a warm and friendly staff & management. The building is very clean with an elegant design, our room was perfect in terms of size, cleanliness and air conditioning. The bathroom was even better, really loved the modern and luxurious design of the shower. The breakfast was also fantastic, well-rounded alternatives that will keep a person refreshed with energy for exploring Rome. It is also a close walk from Termini, meaning that we could get to Termini in a few minutes. We stayed at 4 different hotels in Italy during our 10 days, and this was definitely the best one in terms of quality.

We are a family of 4 (a couple and two girls 8 and 12 years) and this hotel needs to get a fantastic review because, since day 1 when we arrived, all the people created an unforgettable environment, the room was great and clean, the beds were comfortable, the main train station "Rome Termini" is just 3-4 blocks from the hotel and we enjoyed a lot the breakfast. I said that the hotel needs to get a fantastic review because, yes, the hotel has all commodities, good location, and deserves good ranking points, but the most important was the human resources, my wife was on her birthday and they really helped to make too special it for her. Thanks.

I booked this hotel a couple weeks before my Mother's birthday and I emailed the staff to let them know ahead of time in case there was something special they could do for her. There was a beautiful birthday message and complimentary wine gifted to her on her birthday which made her smile. We arrived a few hours early and were able to change our clothes in a spacious bathroom downstairs and store our luggages until our rooms were ready which was so helpful! I'm glad we didn't have to carry our heavy luggages around! The front desk staff was EXCELLENT. Sergio, Carmine, Fernando and another young lady provided first class service to us. Many of them wished my Mom happy birthday throughout the day as they saw her and even as shifts changed (without her even mentioning it was her birthday) . Even the next day when they saw her again in the lobby they asked how her birthday went and it was really the personal touch from each staff member that was so memorable. (This really showed me that the staff takes note of every guest they welcome in their hotel and they really go above and beyond for everyone). My Mom was elated and this really made her feel special. Jose and Edwin the bellman were excellent as well. Jose was very kind to her and my Mom enjoyed chatting with him at the end of our fun-filled days! & he was always ready to assist us and go above and beyond. We booked the hotel for 3 nights -went to Florence for a couple days and returned back and I'm so glad we did! Service was excellent from everyone!! This is definitely where we will stay when we return to Rome! We had breakfast one of the mornings there and staff was very fast and efficient and the food was deliciou! A big thank you again to the front desk staff and bell service for such a wonderful stay and experience!
