The room was clean, comfortable and nice decorated, the bed mattress was good, wi-fi connection was perfect and the owner was a very nice and helpful person. The last day we left our suitcases in the reception, after checking out, to wander in the city because we had a late flight. The location is perfect, near both metro lines.

We stayed there for 7 nights and they didn't change the bed sheets and the towels the whole week. They just took the carbage away every day. The fridge was very small and didn't worked properly. Even on the 4th floor, we could hear the sounds of the road.

It was perfectly clean, the room and the bathroom. The staff was polite and good English speaking. We also had good communication before arrival. The wifi was good. The location is good if you want to visit the main attractions. Only for Vatican, you have to go with transportation from this place. Overall it was better than expected.

A little bit noisy from the outside but after midnight was quiet. The room was pretty small. The elevator doesn’t stop at the third floor, but not a big issue.

We found lots of resturants very close to this hotel, making that very convenient. The hotel was close to the sites to be seen in Rome as well. Lots of public transportation available though we primarily walked. Sometimes a lot of walking, as on our third day we walked 13 miles.

The elevator was great, as I have some difficulty with stairs; but the elevator did not stop on our floor. I had to go up a floor and walk down one floor.

The hosts are just the perfect couple... friendly, warm and welcoming, helpful & cheerful... the perfect hosts! The room was large, clean and comfy enough. The location was safe and central within a 5-10 minute walk from 2 metro stations (1 being the central station with airport trains also). The air conditioning was very needed on our trip & worked just great also.

The windows are older with single glazing and so close to the station the roads can be noisy. Earplugs are needed to sleep probably for most people (in fairness maybe tgis might be typical of most places in Rome however?).

Lovely big room, comfortable beds. We were allowed a late check-in and also to leave our suitcases with the host on the day of our departure.

Haven't got any major complaints but location is not very central and it would have been nicer if a private bathroom had been available (but was alleviated by the fact that we had a shower cubicle in the room)

It was so comfortable. Wonderful facilities, the ensuite bathroom and shower was great. Air con was really good. Location was just over 5 minute walk to the station and most tour buses. The was wonderful helpful and a friendly face

No Tv, I didn’t even think about it, since it is a standard device. I had breakfast included, but I would recommend not to look for this item in Italy. Elevator did not stop on 3rd floor.

Easy to walk to main attractions but there’s a metro close by too. Friendly manager who spoke some English so that was nice. The room was good probably better than expected. Breakfast was simple, overall everything was good.

the property was very close to amenities and a short walk from a lot of the major attractions. The owners were very kind and the room/bathroom were very clean.

There wasn’t a thing we disliked about it.
