Good location, clean, can request iron and kettle. Everything is near by, metro, bus, shopps, restaurants. Perfect location.

Some rooms dont have bathroom inside. Better check before arriving.

The staff were courteous, polite and helpful. Being so close to Termini yet far enough outside of the tourist trap areas made the nearby restaurants and shops very affordable. All in all a very satisfactory stay.

Upon check-in there was an additional 'tourist tax' that had to be paid, quite a surprise as I thought that the amount I had paid in advance covered all taxes and fees. The rooms are not very soundproof; people could be heard coming and going very clearly. However the guests were polite enough to try to keep noise to a minimum.

Perfect location, few min from Termini metro/train station, with metro more or less whole Rome and attractions are few minutes away. Staff is really nice. They let us to leave bags before check-in, and after chek-out because our flight was later that day. Everyday room was cleaned. Really safe spot, but in general Rome is really safe city. I would stay at same place next time! Regards

We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, we were mostly out during the day and only came home at night. The location was perfect for visiting, very close to Termini Station and a 15-minute walk from Sapienza University. The room was clean and quiet even though a pub was nearby. The staff helped us when we had any requests. AC was functional and we had warm water for showering at any hour of the day. The bathroom was a bit small with old furniture, but very clean. We were given shampoo and soap daily, never ran out of toilet paper, and towels were changed regularly.

The window opened to the interior garden where I assumed restaurant kitchens existed. Therefore we could not air the room and it had a constant smell of food. We were only provided one set of keys for a 3-person room which made it a little tricky if we wanted to split up, one night one of us was locked out of the room, and the fact that there is no service inside the room (the building is old and makes phone service not go through) made it hard to reach the roommates to provide access. The Wi-Fi is generally functional, but there are times when it says "connected with no internet".

Amazing Place, I have never been to a place that has a good service like this place.😍😍😍 Mr Abdus really takes good care of us. We felt like home, and we really felt safe. Thank you, Mr Abdus🙏🙏🙏 we do have a perfect journey while we are in Roma. Definitely, we will be back to this place...

Staff was kind. The room was cleaned each morning. They would let us leave our luggage on the last day and come back for it.

Shower gel and soap were really small, not enough for two people. It would be good if we had extra blankets and softer pillows

The personal is very nice, every question is solved immediately. The room is comfortable , with everything you need. The service is very good and the location is nearby termini station and nearby (foot way) the colloseum, fontana de trevi, panteon etc 😊

The location of the accomodation was perfect. Staff was very friendly and they gave us also one free breakfast. For short stay it was a perfect place close to everything needed

Window was not functioning properly and we could hear everything from the street and from the hall and other rooms. The bathroom was not part of the room and we had to go through the hall to the bathroom.

next to the castro pretorio and Termini stops, Good for its price, especially for young travelers. Rooms are better than in the pictures. The nejghbourhood, although is about 30 minutes away from Rome center, had eateries, shops, pharmacies. The staff was kind.

Cold- air conditioning wasn't working. The water was a bit cold and you had to press constantly one button to get warmer (auto tap) Had a problem with unlocking the main door because it was old. We stayed 4 nights and didn’t clean the room They didn’t bring clean towels.

Great location, a few steps to the metro and Termini station, nice service, great painting on the ceiling. You could feel the atmosphere of Rome. Lots of bars and nice restaurants.
