We had a lovely 4 night stay. The hotel has a bit of a vintage feel about it which we appreciated, we were looking for a place with a bit of character. We had a quiet, clean room, and a good breakfast with helpful staff. The hotel is a very convenient 3 min walk to the metro and 2 min walk to the bus which takes you to the city centre. We had to leave our baggage on the last day and we were also pleasantly surprised that we didn't need to pay for the storage.

One TINY thing would be to have more options for veggie and vegan folk labeled. They have plant-based milks but you have to ask for it. The lady working at the breakfast bar was lovely and after we asked once about a different type of milk she asked us each morning if we would like some which was very nice of her.

The room is very beautifully decorated, quiet, and always clean. The bed was comfy. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the central station and about 30 minutes walk from the colosseum and ancient ruins and the main attractions. But there is a metro station and busses right on the corner so there is no problem at all. As an added bonus, a big supermarket PAM is right at the end of the street which was convenient. AC was great! The staff are nice and helpful.

The hotel has very thick walls, once I got into my room, there was poor wi-fi signal strength, also my mobile network on my phone suffered a lot. They should add more Wi-Fi hotspots to gis this issue.

Direct train Leonardo Express from Rome Fiumicino Airport to Termini Station, then if exiting the back of the station it is a 5 minute walk to the Hotel. Moved to room 107 which was a free upgrade as the bed arrangement/room that was advised would be booked for us was not. Room 107 was a great room, spacious with a large shower that had constant hot water; even the wifi was better in that room. The staff contacted us to move rooms and were very polite and courteous . Location was very good, you could travel by metro from Castro Pretorio (blue line) a 5 minute walk from the hotel, you just have to choose the right exit; or walk to Termini station and get the metro Red or Blue line and main line trains from there.

Original room 108, was very small, even if you were on your own it would be small. The corner shower was so tiny you could barely lift your arms to shower and the water was intermittently hot. The wifi connection in that room was also very intermittent.

The hotel is nice, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast was also good and the location is really convenient it's 10 minutes away from termini station and a walkable distance from places like the Fontana de Trevi, the neighborhood was nice there were lots of places to eat nearby , totally recommend eating in the market at termini station!

The bathroom could use an update

I loved the breakfast, location and the friendly staff, who were kind enough to help us out with restaurant recommendations and guidance. The room was very retro and different from the modern stays that we're used to, but that's what made it special. Great value for money.

Didn't get the double bed that I initially requested. Instead it was 2 twin beds put together. We had to constantly push the beds together to minimise the gap in between. That was a little annoying but we pushed through.

The location was perfect as it was near to the main bus terminal and the metro . The staff were so helpful and informed . If they could not answer a query they were willing to access the internet for us to help.. The breakfast menu was AMAZING ! A huge selection to suit all tastes and plentiful . Staff were available to help also .

There was NOTHING to complain about . The complimentary toiletries were welcome . The safe in the room have a sense of security . The towels were so thick, warm and fluffy . The air con such a help in the heat . We LOVED the roof top terrace ! Cool , spacious and relaxing .

Hotel able to accommodate request for 3 single beds and were fast to respond when I sent a further message about check in. Rooftop terrace was beautiful. Daily room service which we didn’t really need but was nice to come back to freshly made beds. Comfortable beds and looked like a/c was available though was cool weather at our visit. Hairdryer was pretty decent and better than expected. Breakfast available for €8 each though we didn’t take advantage of that. Lots of restaurants nearby with good supermarket at the end of the street. Hotel able to arrange taxi for us on departure and all staff we spoke to had good English which is useful as we don’t speak any Italian 😬

Some noise from the next room could be heard through walls but think this is typical for the age of the building. We walked so much during the day we slept fine!

The location was not super central, but it was close enough to walk to the main attractions like Fontana di Trevi and others. There were blue-line and white-line parking available in the hotel area. It's not super easy to find a parking spot, but this happens everywhere in Italian cities. The staff was very friendly at check-in and provided useful information of possible sightseeing by foot or public transport. The room was not super big, but there was enough room for what we needed. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet at night. Everything very clean.

Arrived well after dark with a toddler in tow. Hotel was easy walking distance from the Train station, and, as it turns out, also on the metro line. Several food options, including a great little breakfast cafe around the corner. Was very centrally located and we were able to see just about all the big highlights of Rome in a day!

Nothing to not like...even after the airline canceled my flight 10 minutes before leaving to the airport, the reception was able to book me another night at an even more discounted price than the night I had stayed before. They have free luggage storage, and breakfast as an option, but we did not use it since our rebooked flight required us to depart the hotel at 0530 and they even got us a cab who was on time and very efficient!

The room was clean to perfection. The sheets were super clean and the bed was very good. The staff was very friendly and helped at any time. Even when the reception was closed it was very easy to contact them. The location of the hotel is amazing. Since it's inside the wall the taxi fare is fixed from the airports. It's super close to the main bus lines and metro station. I could go to any place in Rome in less than 30 minutes.

The wifi connection was extremely bad. The problem is the signal. I got more wifi on the street in front of the hotel than in the room. When using the phone in bed the signal kept dropping every time. I gave up using it. If you plan on using their wifi ask for a room with a better connection.
