The location is about 20 minutes away from the city center. There is public parking available around Domus Il Palio. The room is renovated, the bathroom looks very good, everything is very clean.

It can be a bit loud from the city traffic or from the hallway because we could hear guests coming or leaving all the time. The breakfast wasn’t bad, but 15€ seems a bit much for coffee and mostly LIDL pastries. I think you can find better alternatives in the city.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Nice terraces and the smell of Jasmin. Great service by smiling staff. The host and staff exceeded expectations to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Great location - easy to walk to attractions. Great coffee too! Overall, great value. We would stay again when we return in the future.

The room was perfect. The location is near enough to the Siena tourist attractions but it was still a 20 min walk to el campo. You cannot have everything in life i suppose :) Do not let this discourage you though. This was one of my best booking experiences in Italy

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was beautiful and so modern. The staff was so helpful and gave us great tips on how to enter/exit the small hotel. The room was so spacious and featured a great outdoor patio. The bathroom was beautiful and SO large! We loved how close the hotel was to the central neighborhoods of Sienna and the train station. This made it so easy to walk into town and to the train station. We had no idea that we were in town for Palio so that was a very cool experience!! We would definitely recommend staying at this lovely hotel!

We wished our room was ready when we checked in, but the staff was kind enough to place our bags in our room for us!

was very clean and modern. The staff were amazing, friendly and very accomodating. They helped with directions and provided a map with things to do in the area, and allowed us to leave our luggage at the location whilst we went exploring.

it isn’t in the prettiest part of the town/location, but it is only a short walk to the major attractions, and the aircon didn’t work.

Lovely stay, just a little outside of siena, quite a hill just in case of anyone who struggles a bit. Place was really nice to stay though, really happy.

We stayed only 1 night there and we enjoyed. It is a bit far from the city center since you need to climb over a quite big hill but overall the position is good because we were with car and we needed parking place. It is possible to park the car on the street or there is a tax of 15eur/day for private parking. It was ok with the free public parking because it was space since the accom it is not in the center.. we didn't had breakfast however we got some sweet from the owner which I appreciate ;) it was a self checking, quite well explained so it was no problem at all. wifi was working well and it was clean the room. It is more like an apartment house than a hotel. I think if you want to visit the countryside of Toscana and you are with the car searching for a base it is nice there :)

nothing. maybe that you need to search for parking space and can be tricky. we found in the evening only around 400m away but since it was a rental car, i don't mind leaving on the street..

The room and bathroom were spacious and super clean. The room was well isolated from noise, as it's close to a roundabout but you couldn't listen to the cars. The self check-in was on spot, but said that we've missed the contact with the hosts.

Not having someone on site to welcome you led us to explore Siena by our one, with no suggestions or recommendations (which we appreciate). During October, some COVID restrictions were still live, so we got to eat a "fast breakfast" in our room (we could have gone outside but was chilly) and the only option for drinks to be served on the common area were coffee or tea, which I don't drink. No milk, yoghurts or juices available, and no one to ask due to their absence on site.

This is one of the most clean places I have ever stayed. It smelled so good. Had free parking area just in front of the building, no more than 10 min walking to the very center of Siena. Totally recommend it.
