The location was great - central in Ortigia and steps (literally) from cafes, restaurants and pastry shops! Breakfast was very good. A sheet of paper with the options was left in our room each afternoon and we selected what we wanted and the quantity, and the time, and breakfast was delivered on a cart to our room. The room was bright with large windows allowing lots of natural light. we had a 3 person room which was actually 2 rooms plus the bathroom. The main bedroom was spacious and had a closet, table and A/C Heater. The other room had a single bed, a table with 3 chairs, the mini fridge and it’s own A/C and Heater.

It was a little noisy at night until the cafe downstairs closed for the evening, but that was only until about 10:30 or so, so not too late at all. In the morning there was some construction work on the piazza area that started around 6:00, but clearly not the fault of the B&B, and it’s the trade-off for being in such a central location. The bathroom had a bit of a strong sewer/sulphur smell in the mornings, though not so much at other times of day. The A/C unit in the main bedroom wouldn’t come on after the first day, but that could’ve been user error.

Great location in the old city of Ortigia, surprisingly well isolated to street noise despite being very central.

Nothing dramatic, this is a good place to stay at to discover Ortigia - the only points to note: While being well isolated to the outside, you could hear a lot of noise from the inside. The bathroom had a milk glass door, so if someone went to the bathroom at night, it lit up the whole room.

Amazing location so close to everything and right in the middle of Ortigia. The apartment looks over a pretty Piazza and we had 2 balconies to overlook the square and the busy side street. The room was lovely exaclty like the pictures. Breakfast had lots of options which was served to you at your chosen time in your room. They held onto our bags until we were ready to catch our train at 3pm which was very handy.

Our shower over flowed every time we used it so it was not good. But this could easily be fixed.

Before checkin we received instructions where best to park, how to get to the hotel, and self-service checkin instructions. A map of Ortigia and a Breakfast menu for the next day was waiting for us. Breakfast in the room is a great experience, and breakfast was great and so freh.

Would be nice if the staff knew at least a little english, luckily I could use google translate to communicate.

Parking for our car was a bit further away than we realised. Be careful of tricky ticket machines. Not the fault of the accommodation.

It’s right in the middle of a lovely piazza of Ortigia. It’s above a restaurant so that could bother some people but I’m a fan of earplugs so iit was fine. If they had found me a silent room I would not have faced the piazza and the beautiful fountain.

The desk person was miffed when we asked for both beds to be made up, yet I code the specifically because it had a second bed.

Excellent location in the center of Siracusa's old town. The room was large and comfortable. Very good breakfast which could be ordered from a long list of options and was served in the room.

Great location central with window balconies look over the main square. Air conditioning was so good. Service and breakfast delivered was really nice. Rooms were very clean.

Only negative was the shower head was broken.

Having breakfast delivered to room was great. Good sized shower although room quite compact. Very comfortable,clean and great air con. Location very good. Bars, cafes and shops so close. Complimentary water in fridge welcome.

Nice room in a lovely pallazzo. From the balcony you can see the fountain. Great place in the very city centre.

A bit noisy in the night. Piazza cleaning in the early morning quite disturbing. Bathroom needs some refreshment and small repairs.
