The best apartment I have stayed in Sicily, very modern, crisp, well equipped and very clean. It was a joy and a lovely surprise from the very first moment and always a pleasure to return. In contrast to other properties, the photos actually don’t fully show how amazing the apartment is. The location is perfect for exploring Ortigia and heading out to Syracuse, there is a shared roof terrace with great views worth visiting. The host Dario and his family who manage the apartments were very welcoming and accommodating, always available for any requests. Thank you again for such a warm welcome.

The host, Dario, was exceptional in the service he offered, which was well above anything he was obliged to do - I was stuck in Sicily trying to fly back to the US, with flight cancellations abound due to a fire at Catania airport. Dario was with me, all the way, making calls for me, suggesting travel options, to help me get out of there, and to an airport that would fly me back, evaluating the pros and cons of taking taxis, trains or buses (even offered to drive me himself for a discounted price to a far off airport)! The accommodations themselves were great, but the aforementioned level of care for their clients is something I have experienced perhaps only one other time... in Turkey... many years ago.

Very good location, very close to local food market and tourist attractions in Ortigia, and in walking distance to Sirakusa bus & train station. The location was quiet (though that might be because we stayed off-season). Staff is always available and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean, with good interior design and well equipped (even wireless charging). Terrace on the roof is amazing for sunset cocktails, we also had a small terrace next to the room, which turned out great for breakfasts.

Everything was perfect.

We loved the location right by the Temple of Apollo. The decor of the property was beautifully furnished , everything spotlessly clean , bright and cheery and lovely colours. The bed was very comfortable and we had great sleep. Lovely terrace to sit outside and enjoy the warm evenings or to sit during the day with a glass of wine in hand. We loved upon arrival we were greeted with some wine, fruit and some other treats . Shower was powerful . The whole apartment gave a lot of space .

One thing that could be added is a non slippery mat for the shower as it was a little slippery so be careful however it is a lovely walk in shower.

The apartment was very spacious and very clean. There were special gifts left for us - Bottle of bubbles, Italian sweets, bottles water and coffee pods. The location was perfect! So glad that it was in the older part of Siracusa in Ortiga rather than the new. It was really lovely and convenient to restaurants, walks, markets and the waters edge.

Maybe the only thing I could say was that other people staying there were not very considerate with their noise level. Apartment above us were stomping around and dragging the chairs across the floor. When people came in late the front door got slammed every time and people talked very loudly as they came up stairwell.

This is a lovely property . Our apartment was spacious, clean and modern but also charming, with high ceilings and a pretty shared terrace - in addition to a fabulous roof terrace with great views. The location is excellent, central and in a quiet street . The service was also excellent, communication was good and Dario was very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

Located on a quiet street within walking distance to everything in Ortigia. The very sweet host met us when we arrived to give us the keys and necessary info. Communication was great (even with our lack of Italian language)and check in/check out was smooth. There are two very nice shared terraces to enjoy. One attached to the apartment and one on the roof top with nice views. Well equipped kitchen. Espresso maker was a nice addition. Apartment was very clean. Would recommend this property.

Amazing location, really nicely done up, modern Great respite from the heat of the island Very accommodating host!

The shower was a bit leaky - however we were told about this and was advised that if it hadn’t been fixed it could be sorted during our stay. We however were supremely busy with a wedding do didn’t feel to mention it

The apartments are newly renovated and very clean. The rooms are spacious, fully equipped with everything needed for a great stay. ACs both in the bedroom and in the living room. Also the location is absolutely amazing, on a pedestrian narrow street, near the local market and all the nice restaurants.

Loved it ! Perfect location for a stay in syrakus . Place new clean and cosy . Greeted with wine and little sweets from syrakus which is a kind gesture. The man in charge is such a kind person and he would help you register your car to be allowed to drive in ortigia . 100 % recommend
