Location was amazing, a few meters from the bridge to Ortigia. We parked the car in front of the hotel (for free) and did everything by foot (except for the most distant beaches). The place is very new and well decorated, the breakfast pretty complete, with fruits, yogurt, pastries and good coffee. The first day there was only flavored yogurt, which I don`t eat. It would not be a problem at all, but they were careful enough to ask me what I liked and next day there it was. Kudos!

I know it is not their fault (even though they still apologized), since the B&B is located in one floor of a common building, but there was a construction work going on in one of the apartments upstairs and we woke up the two days under their sound at 8 am.

Great, very modern accommodation. Our room was spacy, the furniture in modern design and very handy for short-term travellers. The staff was very friendly and provided a small breakfast every morning. The B&B has 4 rooms in total and is easy to find by car. Parking slots can be found nearby. We walked every night to Ortiga, it's not far by foot. We had a great time!

The Wifi was lacking for some hours, but was working fine most of the time.

The room was beautifully designed and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and it was a perfect way to start our last day of our trip around Sicily. The host was very helpful and gave us some great non-touristy tips on where to eat. They even helped us fix some of our own mistakes! We highly recommend this place and we would definitely come back again!

The location was very good, the is parking places in the near, and the staff was nice and suggested us some local restaurants and places. The check in was easy and very good prepared , modern and nice decorations

The food stay out side from.breakfast which give the entrance a bad smell, the breaksfast can be better,

It's a nice small b&b, very well done keeping in mind this was a block house from the age of fascismo as we have been told, also a little but efficient and tasty breakfast is provide. A stone throw away is Ortygia on foot by foot, that deserves at least a week to explore all that is there and in syrakouses as well. All in all very happy with 'Near Ortigia'

This was an easy walk from the station and to Ortega. The outside looked rundown, but inside was a good elevator and a lovely room. The host also made cake and treats available all the time. I would recommend this place.

There was not a sign on the outside and we had to ask someone to call to get the host. We needed better information to be able to check in.

The location was very convenient and in a quiet street, close to the train/bus station, the apartament is very modern with new equipment, bed was very comfortable. The owner was very nice. Breakfest was very good with fresh and delicious products.

IT was unusual bathroom/toilet in the room with milky transparent glass door.

Nice place to stay with good breakfast, balcony in central location. We had problem to find it, but the lady was welcoming us from the balcony.

Shower drain didnt work properly and the water was everywhere. The toilet is with glass you can see throug and my girlfriend was very unhappy with that and couldnt use it .

Great location for those driving to Siracusa as it is located in the closest point to Ortigia where it is still easy to drive and find a parking spot! The rooms are modern and spacious, and the bathroom had one of those very nice large shower heads. Overall we really enjoyed the warm hospitality and comfort of this b&b.

Best location, ATM with different languages at the corner of the building, nearby train station(7 minutes walk), loads of nice restaurants (3-5 minutes walk) and shopping street(5-10 minutes walk), get to the famous square and castle on Ortigia island is like 15 minutes walk. We walked everything , didn't need a taxi or bus. So handy!

The curtain couldn't be completely closed after I tried many times, maybe they could use a clip.
