This is a bit of a strange hotel experience in that it doesn’t have any hotel amenities. No breakfast. Nobody in lobby most of the time, you just use hotel code on front door to enter hotel. No lobby coffee. Really you just get the rooms and that’s fine but it’s not a hotel experience that you’re used to. Photos on site show balcony. That’s not a room balcony. It’s a random little balcony off the second floor hallway. The same hallway that has a random abandoned kitchen nobody uses and random tables. The website photos show breakfast. No food is to be had here at all. Zero. So it’s an ok place to stay and served our purpose but probably would pick another place in Venice to stay next time that is an actual typical hotel. Front desk was very nice.

Breakfast or at least hot coffee. Water bottles in rooms.

We had the best stay in Venice. Honestly the best value for money. The decor was so pretty and authentic, it felt like a fairytale. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating! Also the location was the best, quiet location but only a short walk to all the important sights and the vaporetto. The bed was also very comfortable and not hard at all. Everything was just amazing!

Only downside was the weak water pressure of the shower, but honestly this is just nit picking.

A beautiful little hotel, not the easiest to find but when we did we were enchanted. The rooms are a little on the bijou side but I think this is probably common in Venice. Beautifully decorated to a very high standard and exceptionally clean. Decorated in the old Venetian style and utterly charming.

Nothing to dislike.

We used Alilaguna boat from the Airport and reached the hotel in 5 min from the docks in Venice, it was really great to skip the crowds with the suitcases. The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to all attractions, being out late was super cool, no hassle getting back during late hours. The economy room was small but comfortable, hotel is really well maintained, our stay was really excellent, the hosts even surprised me with a champagne and a present for my birthday.

The hotel itself is amazing and very clean. The layout of the room was perfect and spacious, but the highlight had to be the bed. I haven't slept in a bed that comfy in a long time and due to its size my partner and I had enough room to sleep comfortably which definitely helped at night as the days we visited were quite warm. The staff were really helpful and welcoming so I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is planning on visiting Venice. An extra plus is that it's far away enough from the tourist hotspots that you can't hear all the noise, but close enough that you can enjoy really pleasant walks to all the key attractions (all within a 20-25 min walk!).

I wouldn't have improved a thing, but to be a bit picky it would have been nice to have air conditioning. I think the notice on the wall said it starts working from the 20th of May, but chances are I probably didn't know how to work the dial! However, the room had two large windows and a large bed so we were able to sleep comfortably/keep the room at a nice temperature even without air con.

Beautiful room, perfect location to explore Venice. Staff were lovely and gave us information before we even checked in. Aircon worked perfectly and the facilities in the room were great (coffee machine, kettle etc). Plus we got a surprise free upgrade which made our stay extra special!

we liked the location. was lovely walking distance to everything but not in the right hussle and bussle. We loved the room and how traditional it was.

We felt the aircon was so efficient, the light outside the bedroom door still shoon through the curtains, which didn’t help when sleeping.

Little place tucked away, 15 min walk to the San Marco Square. The place is very clean and provides all the modern amenities but also retains the Venice charm. Andrea was very helpful and contacted us before our arrival to provide clear instructions on how to get there. Highly recommended.

Apostoli palace was a lovely traditional Venetian house in a quiet but central location ideal for exploring the city

We were disappointed to find that breakfast was not available any more in the hotel - the pictures on the website of breakfast and the reviewers' comments were misleading in this respect

The decor is cool & really suits the Venetian theme! The hotel and room itself was so clean and comfortable - mini fridge in the room is a class touch. I thought the location was great - away from the buzz of Venice so it was nice and quiet but everything was easily accessible within a short walk (Rialto bridge ~ 10 min walk. St. Marks basilica ~ 25 min walk).

Can’t fault it!
