Warm room, freshly renovated, with teaketltle minifridge and handdfull of snacks. Note 24hrs checkin with possibility to drop luggage before checkin and after checkout - not usual service in Venice, priceless for late evening flights with chances fir extra delay! Very quiet and peaceful sidestreet

Its 2 more turns too far from ideal location. When at low pricing point in low season there are no questions (for double room its great value for central Venice), I wouldn't pay 3 times more for peak dates because its not THAT great. Its just good fresh peaceful room without breathtaking view. Its not old guard hotel with superb service in fine details. But that is common for Venice and for post-covid tourism in common, just do not go in high season - as for me, Venice is perfect in November no crowds no rains, lowest prices, you can enter Basilica without waiting and being alone on its roof!

There was 2 small issues, First, we had a lot of issues on the first day with the air conditioning as it was not working properly and with the heat of the summer it was suffocating so we could not sleep properly on the first night, however the issue was fixed around midday of the next day. Secondly, the building does not have a proper reception so you actually have to walk to the “brother” hotel for check in and to sort out any issues and there was no phone on the room which made sorting our issues a bit more difficult than what it would usually be.

Amazing location close to everything. Clean room big enough for three people with no problems.

Main check in area doesn’t show up when you make reservation so Google Maps takes you to the actual hotel and it can be kind of a walk when it’s hot and you have all your luggage to check in and out of. Other than that, no issues.

The room was beautiful, well furnished. It's a smart system, so when you enter the room, aircon is activated. it's away from the crowded streets, near a supermarket . Venice is a great place to walk and wander around the little streets.

The promised garden view could only be viewed from the toilet. no city view, our view was of the opposite building. check in was at another hotel, which was not mentioned at all. So after walking for 20 minutes from the station, we have to trot a few minutes away to another hotel for check in then head back to where our room. there were only Italian channels in the tv. careful of mosquitoes in Venice, I got bitten quite a bit.

Our stay in Ca de La Fonte was lovely from beginning to end, starting with the booking and general questions we had. The team as well as Jennifer and Donna (who were there when we checked in) were great at all times, also when we requested their support. The room size is perfect and it was beautiful and clean. Bedsheets and bathroom specially, which is very important to me. The mattress was really comfortable (not hard nor soft) and the shower was amazing! I really liked the lighting in the room as well! The room was prepared with care and detail: they put tea and coffee sticks for us to get the day started, and there was a kettle. On the bed, there were crispy clean towels and slippers. To be honest 10/10 experience which I would recommend to anyone. If I ever go back to Venice this will be the hotel I will book without hesitation. Hotel Ca de la Fonte please keep up the great work and love you put in hosting your guests. Also your cleaning team is a 10! This has been one my best hotel experiences and I am already looking forward to visiting you again! ❤️🏩

The patio is a lovely place but it is not too clear how to access from the hotel rooms. This could maybe be explained a little better, other than that you are doing excellent!

property is great and well located, however for a guest house it’s little overpriced

slightly overpriced as this is a guest house with 24 hr assistance only 500mts away and not immediate

The room was really clean and quite comfortable. I travelled with my elderly father and there were no chairs in the room which was tricky as we did lots of walking. I had to bring a garden chair inside in the end. We had everything we needed other than that, oh and a teaspoon. We bought yogurts for breakfast as there was a fridge but had no way of eating them as the coffee station just had wooden stirrers which didn’t get topped up throughout our 3 night stay. Really close for the water bus stop and a coop which was handy. About 15 minute walk to rialto bridge.

A bit of a shame our room wasn’t actually part of the hotel but a few minute walk away as I would have asked for the few things we needed had there been staff available. The room was quite hot and even with instructions we couldn’t get it down. My father found the bed uncomfortable but I didn’t. The two singles were very close to each other though. The entrance is down a dark and narrow alleyway so I wouldn’t personally recommend it to a solo female traveller.

Perfect all round! Before we arrived to Venice we were in touch with the property via what’s app and they were very helpful with directions. The room was absolutely beautiful, modern, clean, and very art-deco. The location was perfect and very central to everything. Honestly couldn’t find a bad thing to say about this place, if I ever return to venice I will stay here again and recommend to anyone!

The only thing I would say is perhaps have earlier check in, 2pm is quite late for check in.

Absolutely gorgeous room!!! The staff was so kind and made us feel very comfortable and welcome! They even left some complementary snacks in the room for us! The location is pretty close to the water bus station which makes getting around and getting to/from the train station easy. The check-in location is separate from this hotel but it’s only about 1 minute away and wasn’t an inconvenience at all. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very good location, nice staff and comfy room.

It's a little tricky to get to the room, first you need to go to a partner hotel, and then they give you the keys (if you haven't been to venice you might get lost, google maps do not works well). the wifi signal was very poor.
