Andrea was a nice and helpful host, he explained everything in great details (even prior to our visit) and gave us great info on different things, such as where to find good restaurants, how to get around, etc. The room was big and comfortable and had everything we needed. The fridge had some drinks and snacks at good prices and i also used their laundry service. Although the room is in a family house we felt we had privacy.

I wasn't sure what to expect from accomodations in Venice, as the buildings are old and effected constantly by sea salt in the air (which makes it difficult to maintain a building under such harsh conditions) and because it was 23 years since my previous visit. So, taking these points into consideration i wasn't expecting a 4 star hotel. It was comfortable, clean and easy to get to.

This property is brilliant. It's in a very quiet area but only 10/15 minute walk to the main hub of the city. Andrea is a superb host. He is so helpful in terms of giving guidance to the city including restaurants, travel to the b n b. ( We used water bus which was excellent.) The Continental breakfast in the garden was a joy! Can't recommend this place highly enough!

The location was superb, everything was in a walkable distance, especially Rialto bridge and market. I loved the cozyness of the b&b and the little courtyard was lovely. The host family was very helpful and they had very cute and friendly cats. Definitely recommend this place!

When we arrived it was colder weather so the floor was a bit cold (maybe complementary slippers?) but when the weather went hotter, the cold floor was actually nice.

The apartments are located in a very cozy area with many small bridges. I believe that this is the best area of ​​​​Venice, not noisy, but very beautiful and atmospheric. The room itself is ordinary, but with a very comfortable and large bathroom. The owner Andre is friendly and pleasent man. A huge adventure for us was the well-groomed and gorgeous cats in the yard - they are amazing.

Such a great place to stay. We really enjoyed breakfast, particularly in the garden - such as peaceful way to start the morning. The room was lovely - huge bathroom and everything we needed. The b&b is in a fantastic location, easy to join the crowds and get away from them again. Andrea was a great host, thank you so much for taking the time to recommend places to eat and making sure we knew our way round.

The location was very close to all sites and especially close to the ferry drop from the to/from the airport and train station. The owners are very nice and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. This property is on the first floor, no step climbing. Plenty of restaurants close by. Additionally, there is a supermarket close by to grab wine for the room. We highly recommend the BnB.

The host was incredibly helpful, he helped us not only with finding local restaurants (all his tis were excellent), but also helped us with finding a lost item, made us breakfast to take away on our last day when we had to leave early in the morning. Thanks to him and the location, I was able to get to know Venice like I haven't been able on my previous tips. The itself location was quiet, with a coop store just around the corner and vaporetto line a few hunderd meters. The garden was a nice place to chill out. Room was cleaned everyday, towels changed on the third day, both big pluses.

What could be improved was the Wi-Fi, the signal was not strong enough in all of the apartment. And maybe a bit more variety in the breakfast, it's alright if you are there just for the weekend, but I would personally prefer more variation. To be fair, I did not ask for it, so maybe next time. I will definitely come again when I return to Venice.

Very clean room, amazing location just outside the tourist part of town and host gave us a ton of recommendations. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. The b&b is located within his home, but it feels like a hotel with a more personal touch. We really enjoyed our stay and the coffee with breakfast is the best I had in all of Italy!

The b&b was just about 7 min from Rialto bridge and about 15 - 20 min from San Marco square, but yet the streets around were quiet. There was a supermarket at about 100 m from there, and just at about 300 m a main street with many restaurants and shops. The host, Andrea, was very nice and helpful. The first day he gave us a map and a lot of information. The room was nice and clean, the beds a little short for tall people, about 180 - 190 cm, but conformtable. The bathroom (private for us) was clean, big and nice. The breakfast was great: bread, fruit, cereals, a iogurt, and besides one day he offered us cake and the other cookies. Juice, tea or coffee and water.

The best option to arrive to the b$b from the airport is with Alilaguna's boats, blue line, from the Airport to Fondamenta Nuove A. The trip takes about 45 min, and there is a boat every 30 min. The b&b is at about 500 min from the boat station. The ticket costs 15€ (27€ go and back, 16€ if you purchase them in the boat). It is more expensive than arriving with bus or train, but the train and bus station are at about 30 min walking from the b&b through a crouded street.

Lovely little b & b, like a home from home! Great location, 20 min walk from the train station, about a 10 minute walk to Rialto bridge. Amazing staff! Andrea and Jenny who hosted us were so friendly, really helpful (gave us ideas of where to go, restaurants to eat and and a very useful map!), we had such a warm welcome. communication before our stay was also great. the room was very clean, and the bathroom was large, modern and fabulous! we couldn’t have asked for more, thank you!
