If I had to rate from a 1 to 10. This is a 100+++. I've been to Venice many times. Stayed in every area in and around Venice. This is next level. If you are looking for Four Seasons service without the crowds. This is your place. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe and taken care of. Every morning there is a beautiful breakfast served on their private terrace. They offer a wonderful buffet of sweet and savory, meats, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, cereals, fresh breads, pastries, juices, coffee, tea..... while I was staying there I would post to my social media and immediately people were reaching out asking about this special place. The bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious. There is a safe in the room if needed and the A/C is American style. The bathroom is very large with plenty of storage and BIG shower with an abundance of hot water. My room also had a mini fridge stocked and if needed a coffee and tea maker. If you need anything at any time they are there to help. If this place is available - book it! You will not be sorry.

There was nothing to complain about.

What a charming place! The hosts are a mother and son and you can tell how much they love their city and their home. The breakfast is served on their beautiful rooftop garden terrace. Every detail is thought out. The rooms are vintage yet feel modern. The host met us at the pickup point to help us find the place and help with luggage and then helped us arrange a porter for our way back. Google maps works *most* of the time to find it but sometimes can get turned around. Prepare for a lot of walking, as there are no taxis within the city. Our wonderful hosts offered so many great tips for our stay - they really made it special. Highly recommend!

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking. But that’s just a personal preference! The location was a bit far from the water, but it allowed us to see and explore more of the city.

This B&B in the heart of Venice has exceeded our expectations. The hosts Matteo and Elisabetta quickly became like friends and the short vacation felt like being home away from home. The rooms are specious, very clean and full of exquisite details. The breakfast on their terrace (very rare in Venice) was great. You can feel that the hosts care about the smallest detail. They were also very helpful with planning our sightseeing trips. We can only recommend this cozy B&B for your next trip to Venice.

The hospitality at B & B Beroni is unmatched. Prior to our stay, Matteo and Elisabetta sent us detailed instructions about how to reach the property, including several walking videos which were so helpful. The location was perfect and the suite was beautiful. Breakfast was terrific with lots of great options. We very much appreciated all of the great recommendations prior to and during our stay. I highly recommend staying here while in Venice.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. Rooms were also good size. The hosts were amazing! They provided us with so much information in advance of our arrival which was very helpful. They also sat down with us when we arrived to go over the map of the city and provide recommendations on restaurants and sights. Breakfast was incredible and served on the beautiful terrace. They responded to our every request and gave us a bottle of wine when we left. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there next time we’re in Venice!

Excellent and tasty breakfast, typically served on terrace (if weather allows). Good location, close to the center and, at the same time, a bit away from the main crowds. Rooms are spacious with each apartment having its own exit to the terrace. Very personal attitude of the owners, friendliness, attention to details and amazing environment to enjoy.

The location was near to all landmarks, central to the Rialto and near to all water taxi points, restaurants, tapas, shopping, fish market, etc. The hosts were amazing, as was the standard of accommodation and breakfast. We were comfortable and relaxed in our accommodation. The outside terrace was a bonus and location, location, was key for us getting round. travelled with my 21 year old son and the apartment have us the privacy needed. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay central to all amenities and mobile as there are stairs and no lift. The service was second to none.

The service, the kindness of Matteo and Elisabetta, all the advices that save you a lot of money and moreover that get you to places and activities that you would otherwise never have found, the breakfast at the romantic terrace,... just everything! It was our honeymoon and it was really a place out of the books!

Beautiful B&B in a central location close to all Venice attractions. The tow bedrooms had lovely decoration and were comfortable and quiet. The hosts were super helpful with information about Venice and transportation making sure we have an easy and enjoyable stay. Breakfast was outstanding - fresh and tasty on the lovely balcony. We can't wait to be back.
