Great location in a quite area not far from crowdy touristic places. Easy communication with host Davide, cheers for that. Recommended a great place to eat, met all my needs and helped in any way he could. Fantastic service, i would recommend this place only for host professionalism. Very nice apartment, cozy, has everything a traveller needs to rest. Nice coffee machine and patio, where it is great to start your morning. Good wi-fi, easy key-less access to the apartment. All in all great experience, will definitely take Poli into account on the next trip to Venezia. Grazie, ragazzi!

Loved our stay here! We didn’t want to leave! It was a studio size apartment and we loved having some space to spread out. Had a kitchen but we didn’t use but loved having the fridge. Couch and dining table was a nice touch after a month of only having beds in room. Host was great with restaurant recommendations and advice throughout stay. Always happy to assist to ensure we were having a good time. It was ground level which was helpful. And in a quiet street. We liked the access to a coop shop and plenty of food options close by. 5min walk to closest water stop. 10 min to train. Loved the windows for fresh air. And the decor worked well. Would def stay here again. Very well set up accom.

Air con was set at a temp and couldn’t turn it colder. Room was quite warm overnight and felt muggy. Room doesn’t get serviced during stay. This wasn’t an issue for us, we liked the privacy, but appreciate others may not be a fan. We were able to access fresh towels by a quick WhatsApp message which was great. Most mornings we could hear the workers outside with their trolleys. We were up early and not an issue for us. There was an umbrella stand but no umbrellas. We had coats though. Would imagine umbrellas a bit of a challenge in the small streets. Room sometimes felt dark despite all the windows and lights. All in all, only minor things. This is a fabulous place to stay.

The location is a fair distance from many things, made more tricky with how Venice is structured. The property is around 15-20minute walk from Santa Lucia station. You need to cross 3 canal bridges with stairs to get to the property. It is around 25minute + walk to St Marks square. The benefit of the location was that it was in a quiet part of Venice which we appreciated. It would have been lovely for there to have including a cleaning service during our four night stay, or at least provide us with some fresh towels mid stay.

Great street-level apartment in central location. Well designed modern layout and amenities with plenty of living space that extended out into a small shared courtyard. Friendly and helpful communications from the owners before and during our visit responding to any questions. Excellent gelati shop around the corner, small supermarket and restaurants nearby - and well located for early morning visits to landmarks like the Mercato and Rialto bridge before the daily crowds arrive. Would definitely love to stay here again.

We were a family group of seven who had booked 4 rooms. We were met at the doors and given a tour of each room. The absolute best part of the process was being able to handle some of the check in before we arrived. After a long day in Florence and the train ride it was welcomed. Dinner reservations were also made for us at a great restaurant about 5 minutes away. It was our favourite meal in Venice. The service was over the top in a great way. One of our tours was a St. Marks in the afternoon and one of our party would not be able to make it back in time to get pants. With the assistance of Davide we were able to overcome this hurdle. When I return to Venice, this will be the first place I look to stay at. Do not overthink it, book your stay here!

We stayed 4 nights in the Ruby apartment. The apartment was beautifully furnished, very chic. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a short stay in Venice - we made use of the kitchenette for two meals and our breakfasts, using the Co-Op round the corner for supplies. The location is perfect, close to a busy square and a 15-20 brisk walk to the main sights. Despite being located close to a square the area is very quiet at night which is important to us. We met Chiara at the start of our stay for check in and Chiara was very helpful and friendly.

There was nothing we disliked, would recommend this place to anyone!

The room was great. The location is good. The room is large enough to accommodate a family of 4. Stayed in the purple room. Everything looked great. Room had everything going for it except for two things. AC thermostat is either locked at 23.6 or the AC is missing freon. the room was hot at night. Wine bottle key provided by the room was damaged and it snapped cutting my hand open.

Chiara was absolutely lovely, welcoming and so helpful. The square was beautiful, a coop (market) was just round the corner which was extremely handy. The apartment was spacious with good facilities and excellent air on

For our last 2 days we were woken up by LOUD hammering and drilling. Completely not at any fault of Residence Poli Venezia but it ruined our mood in YeH morning, especially when you’re on holiday. It sounded like they were in the room. Best to check if they’re almost finished before booking.

We had a fantastic stay at Residence Poli Venezia! We stayed for 1 week in Nov. '22. Davide was very communicative and helpful from even before we travelled to Venice. He met us as soon as we arrived, and showed us around the apartment, and also recommended us a place to go for food. He was always very responsive and we felt well taken care of. The apartment we stayed in (Amethyst) was large, clean, modern, and very very comfortable. We enjoyed the location as it's close to everything, and easy to get to, but at the same time it didn't feel overly touristy and was in a residents part of the city. We also loved to come home and relax in between sight-seeing. Thank you, Davide & Chiara, we hope to visit again!

We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. The only thing we didn't like was leaving!

Everything! Especially the size of the property - high ceilings and spacious rooms! The kitchenette and the size of the bathroom, the superb comfortable bed and that even iron and ironing board was there and the olive oil and balsamico left for us if needed and the coffee maker! Around the corner, there was a local Coop, so the possibility to buy whatever you need for breakfast or more.

Please do not take it as a criticism ( it is definitely not!) - just a suggestion - there could be some hooks in the bathroom changing room for the clothes. Secondly, it would be good to put some screen or curtain to separate the bedroom from the entrance as during the night light from the entrance door lights were coming through shatters.
