Perfect location of B&B Patatina. 10 minute walk to the vaporetto station, 15 minutes walk to Št.Marks square. The hotel is placed on the nice little squere with a grosery shop near by and some nice restaurants. Gianluca is very nice and he helped us with all sorts of informations. The room was very clean and the breakfast was perfect. The sweet buns were exteaordenary..

Everything was ok.

Centrally located ten minutes from the train station, half way to Rialto Bridge, the B&B is located on a small piazza which is quiet at night. The room is clean and well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast is served directly in the room. Early check in is possible as well as leaving the luggage after check out. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming.

Located on a beautiful square, great location, close enough to everything but in a quieter area. Plenty of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants around. The room was nicely decorated and super clean. Gianluca is a very friendly and helpful host.

Genuinely no issues at all.

For Venice, a relatively normal residential neighborhood, and very well located - walking distance to most places you want to go. Very friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast

Smooth arrival - the host, Gianluca, had provided clear instructions for check in as we were arriving late Restaurants, cafes and supermarket all in walking distance. Away from the extremely busy areas making it very peaceful Working aircon and extra heater provided. Didn’t make use of the terrace as it was December but would be perfect for warmer weather Good quality breakfast and fresh coffee each morning Would highly recommend

Great location, 5min walk from orange line boar stop San Stae (from airport,15euro one way). Located a bit away from tourist crowd so quiet during night. Supermarket less than 1min away. Walk from train station was about 15min? Breakfast served in the room. Gianluca super nice and easy to communicate with.

Complementary water bottle would be nice or place glasses with water for guests in reception area.

EVERYTHING! Alex, the proprietor was extremely helpful with giving us directions and ideas of what to see and do. Located right next to a restaurant called Patatina which had wonderful food. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast Alex brought us was delicious. We wished we would have been able to book an additional night there, but it was full. We’ll be back and will also pass this B&B information onto friends and family.

NOTHING at all!

Patatina is at a beautiful square where in the evening the Venetian residents come together. Beautiful room, nice private balcony where we had breakfast everyday. The host at our request added boiled eggs to our breakfast, and these were very fresh. The nearby restaurant La Patatina served delicious food, and we loved the host's recommendation of another restaurant not too far away.

We could stay only for a few days.
