I really like this hotel, it’s close to everything, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend 100 percent

The lift wasn’t working for the full 5 days I was there, I was on the third floor so lots of steps going up and down in the heat of summer was not ideal, but I’m young so it was not a problem. The staff helped me with the luggage when I got in though. And that was excellent otherwise I would have died 🥺. Also the breakfast was very basic. Almost nothing to be honest. Not worth buying extra for breakfast.

Location. The reception staff was really nice. The hotel kept our luggage after the checkout.

Breakfast food was not fresh and the lady taking care of it was rude and not helpful. I wanted more coffee but I was uncomfortable to ask her. Better skip it and go somewhere else.

The team at Ca’ Del Campo couldn’t do enough to help, everyone was very warm and welcoming and provided some fantastic restaurant recommendations! Rooms were comfortable and clean, maybe could have done with a little updating but I am no expert in interior design!

Ok… so my stay wasn’t without issue. I couldn’t get hot water on the second day of my stay! While this was an issue it was handled impeccably by the hotel, alternative arrangements were made immediately for me to shower while they investigated the problem and an alternative room offered once they understood the cause. A partial refund was given for the inconvenience without any haggling or question… honestly could not fault the hotels response to the situation.

The location is great. we didn’t expect to be so close to Piazza San Marco. We could visit everything very comfortably. The room is very typical “old vénitien style”. The breakfast is basic but enough to start the day. Staff very gentle and kind. Little plus: downstairs there is a small supermarket. very practical for some grocery.

The heat on the room was at 25’ when we arrived. very hot. we turned it off.

We were looking for a place close to St. Marks Square because we had an early morning tour and I did not want to take a chance on staying on the mainland, driving in and parking then walking the 1.5 miles from the parking garage to the tour location, there are no straight lines in Venice. So we found this place on Booking and it was one a side street about 5 minutes easy walk to St. Marks, maybe not even that long. There is an intercom and you enter the hotel via a single door, the office is on the 3rd or 4th floor, you check in, the staff was very helpful. The room was simple, but immaculate and the bathroom was really nice. In the morning there was a breakfast buffet on the top floor, again typical Italian Hotel breakfast, drinks, pastries, light meats and such, very nice done. We stored the bags behind the desk for the day and picked those up later so we would not have to take them on the tour. Just a wonderful experience.

Nothing, it was what we needed, a nice place, breakfast, and location, location, location.

The location is very convenient (3-4 minutes walk from Rialto bridge and water bus port, 3-4 minutes walk to St Mark’s square). They have a nice fragrance when you enter the room. The buffet breakfast is nice and filling. The first floor reception area is very well decorated and the rooms are not as small as other places in Italy (sometimes even a few inches of space matters). Their staff is very helpful. One of zip of our suitcase broke at 4:15am on the day of our departure. They have 24x7 staff who quickly helped us find a string to temporarily keep it together. They also helped us figure out the water bus routes and the ports to catch them.

Our stay here was short and wish we could have stayed longer.

This B&B has a fabulous location, less than 5 minute walk to St. Marcos Square. It's BEAUTIFUL! I had the pleasure of meeting the manager and was very impressed with his kindness & courtesy & professionalism. The staff was equally great. They even added a twin size bed at no cost for our teenage son. The room was roomy & bright & beautiful, the breakfast was great and the rate was great. Can't say enough good things about this property. We would not only recommend but would stay again.

Location was excellent, breakfast was beautiful,staff were lovely, breakfast room was incredible, the large lounge upstairs was beautiful, but it is not highlighted enough,we found it by accident, beautiful

The mattress could definitely do with being upgraded,if this was done,I think you could charge more for the room,it is such a simple change and would be so beneficial to you in the long run,my brother in law is staying there in March but I had told him about the bed, the most important thing for me when I'm away is the mattress

A lovely quirky Hotel featuring some modern and older furnishing behind what looks like just an entrance in a side street. The Hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very quiet even though I was overlooking the street below and was supplied daily with clean laundry, a well stocked mini bar and all the usual facilities. The breakfasts were very nice and filling with some nice milky coffee to wash it down with. The location is very good too being only a short walk from St. Marks Square and within an easy distance of many of the main attractions. All in all a very nice Hotel in which to spend my four night break in. Grazie..

I was a bit put out at first that the TV didn’t have any English channels on it but thinking about it it wasn’t the end of the world and “When in Rome” (Venice)? So the answer is.. Nothing I didn’t like..

The location was fantastic. The Hotel Manager was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. In fact, one of the best managers I have come across and am a super frequent traveller. And work in hospitality as a Manager. The Manager email me with proper instructions ahead of my arrival alot of details. Also I got the hotel whatsapp through the Manager. When I got lost (Google will throw a punch lol) the Manager shared his location. And bingo I found the hotel. Exceptional. Thank you so much.

Breakfast. Maybe because I don't do continental breakfast. However, I did find proper breakfast a few yards up the road. Apart from that brilliant. The question is will I return? The answer is YES.
