We were in the room with the bed upstairs, which had plenty of space and was so beautiful. Yes, the rooms are quite old and could need a makeover, but this what Venezia is about. The location was great. We used the water taxi to get to the hotel, which made us see a lot of Venezia directly at the beginning. It‘s also very close to all of the sightseeing areas. And very close to an amazing all you can eat sushi place. The hotel has art hanging around in the lobby and the breakfast area, which was really beautiful. The staff was always kind and helpful. All in all, the hotel is great.

There were lots of dead mosquitoes on the walls, which made it a little less pleasant to stay in the room. The duvet was also not the best. The bathroom came into its years and had some cracks and black spots. Also, the toilet paper was not acceptable, they really save some money here, where they shouldn’t.

Fantastic location. The decor is dated and a little shabby but the room was exceptionally clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The pillows sadly were rock hard but didn’t make for a comfortable sleep.

The only minor difficulty was getting to the hotel. The boat-bus had such a long and stationary queue that it wasn't feasible. Having already bought the ticket, it was money wasted and we had to walk. Recommend to arrive at a quieter time, or accept that you will need to walk with your luggage from the station to the hotel.

Great experience overall. Everything was super clean and organised. All staff were polite, respectful and friendly. It is not a 5 star hotel, but it do not cost as much too.

At Italy in general I paid up to 10 EUR per person for breakfast and. The price there is 15 EUR per person. So if you travel with a big family, it is good to consider. You can get a minor discount when paying the room with breakfast. As reference, nearby the hotel you can get (,a simple) breakfast for 5-10 EUR. In general everything is overpriced in Venice, so this is just something for people to keep in mind when booking.

The location is very convenient, but old travellers like us found the travel by public boat and walk thereafter, with our luggage difficult. If the taxi option had been mentioned earlier, we could have taken it as we did, for our return journey to the station. The Breakfast was good and the room very comfortable. Marco at the front desk was extremely helpful throughout our stay.

The location is ideal for travelers, in the heart of every attraction. The personnel is super friendly and accommodating. The decoration of the hotel makes the guests travel through time indeed. Reasonable pricing, strong wifi connection, all necessary amenities and tasty breakfast buffet make that place just immaculate.

The A/C filter might need maintenance and cleaning, because the air was very dry in the room after several minutes of AC working.

This is an excellent hotel with a great location. It is just off the maim tourist tracks and quite. It is close to Rialto bridge about 10 minutes walk. You may get lost on the way but that is one of the joys of enjoying Venice. We didn’t have breakfast as we wanted to try the local cafes. This is not a luxury hotel. It is extremely comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were of great size. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

We think is normal to get lose around the Venice streets, lovely and beautiful city, but the hotel is nice, nice beds, clean rooms, delicious and great breakfasts, the staff are nice and good costumer services behaviours.

No any mirror in the room and that you need to leave your room key in the reception every time you go out then collect it when you return, like if you are asking them their permission to go out and return to your room then, bad feelings and inaceptable rule. But is respectful from us.

I can honestly say it was all amazing, not often I say that. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was lovely. I really want to compliment the staff, especially the lady who helped us alot. She was very helpful, very informative and gave us great advice. She helped us book our train tickets to Malfalcone. I would like to thank her so much she was brilliant
