Nice location, 60 m2 in the very heart of Venice, check-in was at 14 but we arrived 2 hours early and the appartment was ready. The site was ultra-clean, cassic decoration and practical. Clothes-drying cable in the bathroom window with view to a beautiful quiet interior garden and little view of a canal. The centre location allows you to come-back from the visits to rest in between in the middle hours of day when sun and heat hit. Giant and comfy bed. The TV is fully working, you don't have to pay for it. If you want to be on the safe side, without bed-bugs and tourist traps, this place is your place. PD - I think you can also breakfast at the hotel if you ask them.

A/C noisy when at full power.

A delightful small hotel in a quiet side street leading to a canal - perfectly positioned just a few minutes walk to St Marks Square and in a great area to reach all the places we wanted to visit. Bars and restaurants very close by too. The team were very friendly and shared their local knowledge of places to go, places to eat and so on. They also organised for us to have a water taxi back to the airport. Breakfast was delicious with a number of options to select from. When we arrived they offered us an upgraded room with great views across the city. We had a lovely stay - recommend.

We loved the property.

The room was extremely clean and very up to date with good air conditioning Location was close to San Marco Plaza. Frederrico and Leonardo provided excellent service and were extremely accommodating for our needs and had excellent dining tips. The breakfast service was excellent and Elena was extremely friendly and attended to our rooms very well. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.They provided coffee pot for early morning in our room and let us use their refrigerator to store our prosceccco.

The room was small and we would have loved a balcony, but we knew this before we rented. Google maps is limited and it is hard to initially find with google maps. Getting lost with suitcases in tow is rough. There is no taxi right to the hotels in Venice. Would love to have had a refrigerator in room for cold drinks, but they let us use their refrigerator. Would have loved backs on chairs for breakfast instead of stool.

We booked an entire apartment and really enjoyed staying here during our visit to Venice. Lorenzo was extremely hospitable and helpful including being available over Whatsapp when we needed. He provided amazing recommendations for food and gelato which was also very much appreciated. The rooms were clean and homely. The Relais was easy to find and the actual apartment was next door - no issues noted with noises or being in close proximity to other neighbours. Venice itself is easy to walk around so the location of the apartment was not an issue as we were able to walk everywhere we needed.

This hotel is located in a beautiful, old building that has been renovated to perfection. It is very central, close to a canal. The furnishings were reminiscent of traditional Venice and of high quality. What really makes this hotel stand out is the wonderful service provided by the management. I felt welcomed even before we arrived and their care was warm and above expectations. We stayed in the apartment attached to the hotel and I would recommend it as it was large for a Venice hotel and a real home away from home.

I have stayed in Venice multiple times and this is now my favourite hotel.

The property was fantastic, it was clean, had a great range of amenities, was comfortable to be in and was very well looked after. The property was central to everything, we were never more than a 10 minute walk from anything that we wanted. The staff were the best part of our stay, extremely friendly, spent a solid half hour with us explaining on a map great places to walk to, how to get around the city easily and cheaply, what food to look out for, everything we hoped for.

The air conditioner struggled a little bit it’s to be expected on 34 degree days, still kept us comfortable.

We stayed for three nights at the start of September. The hotel manager is amazing, gave us really handy directions for arrival and offered loads of good advice for vegan restaurants and nice places to visit in the city. Very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the third floor which was pretty spacious, air con was excellent and it was very quiet. The location is superb, five mins walk from St. Mark's Basillica but in a little side street so not busy where the hotel is. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Nothing, it's a great wee place.

Arrived just after a huge storm. Leonardo and his brother Federico made us welcome and gave us exceptional service. Hotel is gorgeous. Right off a canal. Easy 8 minute walk from st Marco or st. Zacarrini stops off the water taxibus. The owners had very good suggestions for restaurants. We watched the sunset at oke pizza on the water and took the night waterbus through the canal. It was amazing. They had rooms that worked for my 70 year old parents and for husband and I. I will return someday. It was an amazing location in an amazing vacation spot

Check in by Super Dario was fabulous. We were delayed and even though we made it in time they rang and whatsapped me to make sure we were checking in OK and if we needed out of hours. Elena at breakfast and Federico and Leonardo at various times at reception were just so welcoming. Room 301 was very big and great view. Bed was wonderfully comfy, if not on the hard side. The central location is perfect. Bit hard to find mainly because my Google maps GPS is rubbish!

Being picky and not rating down for this...I couldn't turn the heating off which is a personal preference, everywhere was very warm that we visited. Easily solved by opening the window! Breakfast one morning we had someone else serving us and we didnt get everything we had asked and she didn't come back when we wanted to ask for another coffee, but perhaps we were earlier than most at 8.30am no one else seemed up yet.

Great location in the heart of Venice and breakfast which was provided was a great start to the day. The breakfast area is also set up very nicely. Leornado and Federico were very friendly hosts.

Difficult to regulate the temperature in the room so it was quite chilly when resting during the day without going under the covers. There was also no headboard for the bed in our room so quite difficult to read/relax before bed/on the bed.
