Nice comfortable room, whilst the Hotel itself is perfectly located between Rialto & St. Marks, so easy to reach all main destinations. The breakfast wasn't the biggest choice, but to be fair they advertise as continental (you can pay extra for other items) and what was on offer was very nice. Hotel has it's own bar, which although expensive was well equipped and welcome after a busy day around Venice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, although we weren't aware that they actually offered some free tours as part of the Hotel stay, no-one told us when we checked in & we only found out reading a leaflet in the communal areas (there was nothing in the room). By the time we enquired about joining one of these trips, it was booked up which was unfortunate - however if they were advertised/spoke about more we may have been able to apply & join in advance. No real complaints about this Hotel and would stay again if visiting Venice

Nothing particularly, however as already stated it would have been good to have known about trips the Hotel provide prior to our visit.

Take a private taxi and sail right up to their front door where you are greeted by the concierge with a smile, and from that moment, you feel welcome and spoilt. The room we stayed in was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. All the staff were friendly as well as eager to help. We didn't book breakfast as we wanted to taste the local cuisine. However, the choice, quality, and price at Aqua Palace of the breakfast meant we ended up having breakfast most mornings. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. See you again soon, Aqua Palace!

The Aqua Palace was exceptional. Our water taxi from the airport dropped us right off at the hotel dock. Location was a couple of mins away from St Mark’s Square and in the heartnof Venice, but on a quiet street. The staff and level of service was too notch in my experience. The front desk and Giancarlo made us feel welcome, they made recommendations for dinner and even arranged a sunset private taxi cruise which I would recommend to anyone. Lie helped us with bags and we saw him at breakfast in the morning. Again he was very personable, helpful, and welcoming. He even remembered my name for the length of our stay. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options and my wife and kids loved it everyday. One of the female servers running breakfast was also very friendly and remembered how we liked out coffees everyday. Our room was very large and comfortable for a family of 4, with excellent AC, and it was tastefully decorated in a Venetian style. The hotel had a small bar that we also had a few drinks at. The hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend.

Our hotel room is roomy for the 3 of us. Bathroom is clean and has double sinks. Breakfast is excellent, full of varieties and the sweets changes daily. We like the lobby water taxi area, such a nice little place to relax where you can sit and enjoy a glass(or 2) of red wine after the a day of sightseeing. It would be nice for them to place a few mosquito incense(or spray mosquito repellent) during the sundown, both my wife and I had to retreat back inside as we were eating alive by the mosquitoes during the sunset. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone is very attentive and courteous. Location is good, with the uneven pavers, dragging our luggage thru the small alley way may need a bit of maneuvering, which was expected, and it was only 7-10 minutes walk from the nearest ferry station. If you have a lot more of luggage that you can handle, water taxi is available to take you up to the front door of the hotel.

The Aqua Palace exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we felt pampered. All the staff (front desk, bellhop, waitress) were warm and friendly. Our room was large with high ceiling and windows, and Venetian style furnishings, that overlooked the canal. Absolutely gorgeous view and room. We felt like we were in a Venetian castle. The breakfast buffet was delicious with an array of food options. They even served Prosecco! The hotel is perfectly situated - walking distance to St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. If we ever return to Venice, we will definitely stay at the Aqua Palace again.

We stayed for 3 nights at Aqua Palace and it was absolutely fantastic. Staff members were very helpful and efficient. Our junior suite room was facing the canal and we enjoyed the view. We were pleased to find that the hotel was situated right in the centre of Venice. Everything was a short walking distance away.

The shower was a bit dated and can be updated. Also a phone handset in the bathroom was placed on the wall just above a toilet paper holder, which doesn't seem hygienic as the handset can drop into toilet....

The staff was very kind and took care of all requests immediately (different pillows and a small repair in the bathroom). Breakfast is served in a very elegant breakfast room (cloth napkins and run on the tables, not paper) where you are welcomed by the extremely kind and efficient Silvia, who worked very hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy. Breakfast is tasty and fresh. The hotel is decorated tastefully and is in a good position for what we wanted to do. The room and bathroom were a good size.

Our room had a view of roof tops, but that wasn't really a problem, it was very quiet, our only real complaint is that there were no drawers in which to put our clothes once we unpacked, only a few shelves in the closet.There was room, but there was no dedicated piece of furniture for that purpose.

The hotel is easily accessible on foot, a 5-minute walk from Rialto ferry station. Our room was really nice and comfortable, facing the canal. The breakfast was great - not a huge selection but we had everything we usually need :) I would like to highlight the kindness and helpfulness of the staff - just one example: we had an early check-out, before breakfast time, however, we were still allowed to have breakfast that morning and the lady who was taking care of the kitchen and breakfast area (despite being completely alone that morning) served us immediately and did her best to accommodate us.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Breakfast for delicious and fresh and amazing value for money. The hotel is in the central of Venice giving it a easy accessible location to get around the sights with a maximum of a 10-15 walk to access the main features of Venice. The staff were amazing throughout and always on the lookout to help you. The rooms were amazingly clean and comfortable and always delivered fresh towels and beds made every day. This hotel would be my first port of call if I was ever to visit Venice again, in which I have recommended it to my friends and family.

The staff was welcoming and very helpful with assisting with transportation reservations and any other questions we had. Our family stayed in a suite room and was surprised by how spacious it was! The common lounge area when you get off the elevator was very nice with several couches and wall to ceiling doors you can open up with a terrace overlooking the canal. Room was clean and updated with nice amenities. The breakfast area was not large but had all the basic morning essentials you would need - We enjoyed the boutique hotel type of atmosphere.
