There really wasn’t anything to not like. The host was great, on hand with what’s app messages she sent links in advance for car parking and staff made suggestions for dinner and trips. The map that gave us was useful and they highlighted places of interest. Breakfast was good. If there was one small thing I would change is I would have liked feather pillows as the ones we had were a bit foam like and very hot against my head. That said the cotton bedding was lovely. The interior was to die for and I will recommend this to all for value and location. We had to leave at 4 am and they offered us a little breakfast pack. I would like to apologise to the flat in the building by the lift. We pressed their buzzer at 4 am thinking it was a light switch. Location was perfect, right on the canal. Literally the whole experience 11/10 :-) Other tip, keep window to room shut as I got mosquito bites, use the air con as it’s effective.

Palazzetto Foscari was our last stop in our long Italian honeymoon and it was by far the best! Caltalina, Chiara, Michael & Michelle made us feel welcomed and went above & beyond for us. Catalina recommended a bunch of “locals’ favorite” spots & helped with some reservations. The location is great & convenient to move around Venice. And the Palazzetto is stunningly beautiful! Full of natural light, amazing art & the most incredible views in Venice. I can’t recommend this place enough! We have already booked our next stay. Ps: they can provide with gluten free breakfast if notify the team.

The perfect place to stay in Venice. Palazzetto Foscari is beautiful and elegant as well as ideally located with great views over the grand canal. Micheal was extremely helpful and friendly, and was able to provide us with great recommendations for trips and food. The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed and it was fantastic to have the use of the beautiful lounge and balcony area. You can tell that great thought and care has gone into every element and I am sure we will be back!

Wonderful breakfast and regret we missed the first one due to scheduled tour. A1 location for fun, scenery and access to train and water bus

None But a detail direction and easy landmark for finding the property would help. (The cafe Vision Bar attached to the property has very unfriendly staff and would not tell us they actually share the same address.) Some guidance or advice regarding how to get from the peoplemover or train as there are bridges needed to conquer when you have luggage’s.

it’s a beautiful property. We had a room with a view of the canal & bridge by the train station. You can get a private water taxi from Marco Polo airport that will bring you to the properties dock for 130 Euros.

There is not a lobby, it’s like a B&B, if you come in at night you have to follow instructions to get in. Our friends did, they were able to figure it out. They have real keys to let you in the gates and various doors, about 4 keys… It was a little confusing..

That it is very private. Actually Palazetto Foscari is ONE big nicely decorated apartment with 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms, supposedly the nicest one is offered as a luxury suite and this is where we stayed.

That the boat driver organized and booked by Foscari wasn’t at the pier waiting for us when we arrived and after finally picking up the phone asked us to wait which we politely declined.

A stunning and beautiful apartment! We were upgraded and given the deluxe suite which was out of this world. The staff were amazing; Michael booked us restaurants and gave us some fantastic recommendations for our trip. Breakfast was also a highlight!

Absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean! what a dream setting this hotel was a 10 out of 10. the room and breakfast where nothing short of spectacular. look no further! great for single travelers and couples or small group of friends. very quiet and quaint! no heavy volume of tourists. honestly I felt like a local staying here! thank you Foscari team ! I will be back!!

Excellent location, great staff, - the Palazzetto was an oasis of tranquility in the beautiful chaos of Venice. Michael, our host, was amazing -caring, and most helpful. Would definitely return!

the toilet seats were uncomfortable, otherwise it was a treat!

This hotel was absolutely fantastic!! We got an amazing room. Everything in the room was spectacular: furniture, old Venetian glass lambs and of course the view on the Great Channel. The hotel owner is an amazing person, that made our stay even more magical than it already was. I highly recommend the hotel. We loved the place so much that we took several pictures and movies of it.
