this hotel is a hidden oasis gem in the hustle and bustle of busy Venice. It’s super close to Santa Lucia railway station and 10 minutes walking from Piazzale Roma. The decor is very stylish and the rooms are big and airy with the bathroom having double vanities. they even provide you with a free mobile phone for local calls and google maps. breakfast is superb, lots of choice, pastries are great and their tranquil courtyard at the back of the breakfast room makes for a serene drink after a busy day walking around the Calle’s. Staff is courteous and they will advice you on where to go eat if you want a quite and authentic food experience!

Absolutely nothing!

The Venice Time Hotel is absolutely stunning. We were delighted to find it was only a five minute walk from the station, down the cutest little street. You are surrounded by fantastic restaurants and only a short walk from the canal, St Marcs Square, the Di Vinci museum, shops etc. The interior and design of the hotel is beautiful. We were both in complete awe of the modern furnishings, interior design, chandeliers, and facilities. Upon signing in to departing, the staff at Venice Times, were always so friendly, informative, paid close attention to detail, and helpful. The cleaning staff here are amazing - for someone who is a bit particular with cleanliness, especially in a post-covid restriction world, I could not find a thing that I would complain about - it was absolutely spotless! The bedroom we stayed in came with a stunning ensuite, rainfall shower, large mirror, toilet and sink. The bedroom had a large wardrobe, TV that offered a Netflix sign in, which was wonderful for the siesta hours, a safe, a mini fridge stocked with complimentary water, side tables with reading lights above, and a large bed which was incredibly comfy. Again, all of which is designed so beautifully. Unfortunately, we were so busy over the two days, we did not manage to try the complimentary breakfast, though the dining room design was flawless; I wish we had a few more days in Venice so we could experience it! We did, however, on our last night, take full advantage of the bar. We sat outside in the private garden enjoying the most delicious cocktails and pizza - it was truly special and made our last evening in Italy one to remember. I could not recommend Venice Times hotel enough; I have already suggested it to friends and family who are due to visit Venice in the next year. Thank you to everyone who made our experience here a fantastic one - we truly hope to see you again!

Location is very convenient for touring and shopping. Rooms are clean and a decent size. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful and their ustomer service is 11 out of 10. Loved the idea of being provided with a mobile / cellphone in the room to use for free to help navigate the complex streets of Venice. We thought that was an extra touch to an already superb service. And when it rained, we were provided with umbrellas so we were able to continue with our touring. They stored our luggage for us until we were ready to leave. The breakfast was lovely and the staff served us really well. It was nice to have breakfast in the garden on a lovely sunny morning. Lovely hotel and would definitely recommend it.

The TV could provide a bit more channels.

The location of the hotel was the key, it's just 5 mins walk from the Santa Lucia train station. I would like to provide special mention about the staff member 'Enrica', she was a great host and quite informative about the Venice city. She gave suggestions about the public transport, restaurants and how and what to look into the city. I was delighted by her willingness to help in every question I asked, I gave 2 rating up just for her behaviour. If you are visiting Venice for the first time and you are staying in Venice Times, then got with her suggestions. The breakfast was ok, I expected more options with the price which was being charged, it was quite limited. I asked for hard boiled eggs and they provided half boiled eggs. Rest all was ok.

Great place

Everything about this room was great! Location very close to station, shops and restaurants. Staff were welcoming. Breakfast was nice and had a variety. Bed was very comfy and great A/C. We enjoyed our stay here.

The only thing we didn’t like was how tight and small the bathroom was, as soon as you get out of the shower you cant dry yourself without nearly touching the toilet as it was very close to the shower. The shower head was also not very practical for a female who doesn’t want to wet her hair as it comes straight from ceiling and the other attached is very tough pressure.

Food, staff, location and facilities were amazing, recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay while very close to main routes of Venice. Bar staff extremely welcoming and helpful, reception staff have extensive knowledge of area with help for transport and arranging taxis. Had trouble with the TV and after informing reception, assistance was at the door within 2 minutes. Exceptional service.

Price was more than I wished for but with being so close to the centre of Venice it is satisfactory. Only other thing we didn't like was leaving unfortunately! Would love to come back.

The location of the hotel was fabulous, close to a water taxi stop, a few minutes walk from Santa Lucia train station and the water bus service. Despite being right in the heart of Venice the location was peaceful as hotel located one street back and up a narrow close. There was also a secret garden which was a fantastic spot for breakfast or to recharge the batteries after a busy day of sightseeing in Venice. The hotel was very clean and our family room very spacious for being in the heart of Venice. The rooms are very nicely decorated and have great air conditioning. They offer a nice touch in that if you don’t take clean towels every day (to reduce the carbon footprint) you can have a free beer or soft drink instead. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ralph and Daniel were fantastic during breakfast and on the bar. Ralph and his colleague (cannot remember his name) were so nice and brought my mum a cake with a candle for her birthday, dang and made an occasion out of it. Alberto on reception overnight was very friendly too. Actually all the staff were fantastic and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing really. Our family room did not have much of a view but I wasn’t expecting one due to the location so it’s not really a negative.

The hotel was super clean with very friendly and super helpful staff. The location was good close by to the main canal, train station and a short walk from buses which go to and from the airport. The hotel was also close to where you can catch a water bus to other parts of Venice such as marco square (which otherwise would have been about 35 min walk). There are shops nearby including a small supermarket. Another brilliant perk was the ‘eco mode’ where you can op for the staff not to clean your room or change towels in return for a free drink token. The room was comfortable and quiet and a good choice for breakfast.

Close to main train station, only one quiet alley away from the bustling shops/eatery along the main canal. The hotel has nice homey atmosphere that we love. Staff were so helpful and caring. It was so convenient to take the water bus because the stop are just few minutes walking from hotel. We were able to have wonderful delicious dinner just short walk away, both places were recommended by the hotel staffs.Venice is so beautiful city, we will come back and stay here again in the future.

Our room has no door at shower area, so we didn’t like the no privacy when taking shower. Toilet that inside had door but shower had only shower glasses.
