The hotel is very close to Rialto bridge and also not far from San Marco, which makes easy to get to using the public boats. We arrived in the evening and the keys were waiting for us at the reception, making check in very easy and comfortable. We had the room on the 4th floor, with a private balcony which was great (decent view and nice to just sit there in the morning). The room was comfortable and had everything that we needed.

Getting to the 4th floor was a bit hard but thankfully we had small trollies. If you are coming with big luggage, or have problems climbing a lot of stairs I would recommend that you speak with the hotel in advance! Apart from that, everything was brilliant

We found this hotel to be excellent value for money in a great location in central Venice. There are loads of wonderful restaurants, bars and shops very close by, and yet, due to the design of the building, the rooms were incredibly quiet and so we slept very well here. The reception staff were professional and fast with check in and check out. The room we had was up the top and had a brilliant rooftop terrace with views out over the surrounding rooftops which I think you wouldn't normally get in Venice at this price point. The room was a good size with a lovely bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the room had nice furnishings

The shower over the bath was quite slippery and the shower screen wasn't effective so water went everywhere each time we showered. Our room was at the very top of the building up several flights of narrow stairs however this was well advertised and we were expecting it - I just wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility issues. Cleanliness inside the room was of a very high standard but there was heaps of old cigarette butts in the planters outside which was fairly unpleasant - seemed like they hadn't been picked up via housekeeping in some time.

We liked the room and the location which was very close to public transportation, to the Rialto bridge and close to good restaurants. The only problem we had was the second night the AC went out and in our room the temperature was 94 degrees. We called the manager and he tried to help but nobody offered us a fan or the chance to move to a different room. We barely slept and we had to leave early to catch a train. In the morning neither the owner or manager came to speak with us and offer their apologies. We requested a credit for one night which they gave us right away. I hope they will review their procedure and be more proactive.

Other then the problem with the AC, the room was good.

This is in a terrific location. It was super easy to take a vaporetto in from the airport, it was super easy to get to the things we wanted to do in Venice: St. Mark's Square, Vivaldi's church, Murano/Burano trips, etc. There is a very useful sandwich and snack shop right outside the door which we made heavy use of. The Rialto bridge is likewise very close, and unlike other hotels we stayed at, we were away from any kind of nighttime noise.

It was pretty expensive all things considered. The room itself is very outdated and, for example, lacks enough plugs to make charging devices for a family of four work easily. At night, we wanted a little light for our kids, and the only option was to turn on the bathroom light and leave the door slightly open.

Excellent location in the heart of Venice. A few steps to important spots like Rialto or San Marco, close to Vaporetto and many more attractions. The size of the room was ok. Bed sheets were clean. Breakfast was decent, good enough to start your day: a croissant, an espresso, a glass of juice, a bottle of water, a jar of yoghourt and a little bit of butter.

The room had a terrible design, everything was colored in red and almost drove me crazy. Staff could be more helpful and friendly. I asked to have my room changed as it didn't match the pictures on internet. Breakfast time to serve is too short. You don't have enough time to have a quiet breakfast

Good location for everything you want to see. Cute terrace on the top floor to sit out on. Kind and accommodating staff. Property is as picture.

Staff aren’t in the property all the time. We checked in with a code to the door and a envelope on the main desk. Stairs!! We were third floor, stairs are expected in Venice. But these were steep.

A fantastic hotel and great value at this price point. As we arrived close to midnight, we received the after hours entry PIN the day before we arrived and our room key and information was left out for us - very efficient. Our family room was traditional Venetian style, large and comfortable and a big thank you to the housekeepers who folded any clothes left on our beds and placed them under our pillows for us every day - very kind. The location is brilliant - a hidden gem yet only 150m from Rialto Bridge and a great little bar right next door. Highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nothing. The stairs are steep so can be tricky if lifting heavy luggage to the higher floors but all part of travelling.

The breakfast was your typical continental breakfast with yogurt rolls butter,jelly , juice, and coffee. It was brought straight to our room so we had breakfast in bed. That was such a sweet touch.

The room was on the third floor with no lift. We only stayed one night so the night attendant said we could leave our big suitcases downstairs and just bring her overnight bags upstairs. That worked out really well.

location is the best, the bathroom is very modern with a nice mirror with light. The staff were friendly, with a. highlight for the accommodation ladies. the hotel kindly let us put our luggage in the reception after check out

considering that we were in Italy, we were expecting a nice breakfast, with fresh food and drinks. unfortunately, everything was stale, including the bread, coffee and juices.

Perfect central location and the manager was very friendly and helpful when available. The traditional decoration was really nice,

The shower was dangerous, you had to balance over the toilet to get in, and when wet getting out was a slippery hazard, plug in sink jammed shut, so wouldn't drain. 4th floor with no lift was ok for us (in our 30s) but elderly would struggle.
