Hotel is in excellent location near Realto bridge, 10 min walk from Saint Mark’s Square, a lot of history, restaurants, walking distance to Vaporetto (water bus). Also we liked that breakfast was on site.

Rooms are smallish and modest, but the building is medieval, so I think it is typical for economy hotel. The room was on 3rd floor but building has no elevator, so you need to carry your suitcases by yourself.

The location was perfect… We couldnt find better than Graspo De Ua … It was 1 minute fro bridge rialto… 10 minutes from everything else… San martino… San steffano… Ponte dell’Academia… The staff was very helpful, Especially Kavinda Fernando helped us with everything we asked for…. The room was very nice , like the room of e Princess… Thanks you for all… I would definetly revisit again❤️

The Location is perfect, there are busstops right around the corner or you could just walk. The Hostel was very social and had shared kitchens where you could cook together and talk. If you travel alone or want to connect with new people, this is the place to go. We had a great stay! Oh and if they tell you about a free walking tour, do the tour. It was very interesting and the guide is so nice.

They only have shared bathrooms. So it's not for everybody. The friend i traveled with had a big problem with it at first, but she still loved the hostel :)

The hotel was in a perfect location. It was walking distance to everything and down a quiet ally. The staff was friendly and I felt extremely safe. For the price the rooms were good. The room was clean and well decorated. Everything about our experience was good. Our room was ready earlier than expected when we checked in. Our room was cleaned each night of our stay which I did not expect. Overall, agreat hotel for the price and an easy walk to every major sight.

Perfect location. We had rooms on the 5th floor - 140 steps. If you have problems with knees - get something in lower floor :-) Rooms where just renovated. Breakfast was nice - I would say continental+

The hotel was located centrally very near the Rialto bridge but in a very quiet lane. Breakfast was available each day. The room was very clean and warm. Decor was retro but quite Venetian and quaint.

The bed was a little too firm and a couple of soft pillows to go with the firm ones would have been welcome but not essential.

very good location, right near Rialto ferry stop. easy to get to and room had everything that was needed.

room was probably a little tight but sufficient as we only needed to sleep as you are out most of day anyway. Paper thin walls as you could here everything going on in next room.

Excellent, central location, and yet, neatly hidden in a side street. Very grateful they take pets! The room was very good, serviced properly and adequately. I wish they served proper coffee at breakfast, not just decaf :)

Staff went above and beyond to help us in areas they did not have to. Kavinda, Lahiru and Michele were staff members when we were there and they ALL were incredible for various reasons. Room was clean and renovated. Excellent location!

The staff was fantastic. The rooms were good, ours was really pretty princessy feel to it. The breakfast place associated with the hotel was right on the water and overlooked the bridge of sighs.

Not necessarily flaws of the hotel, just some information. There are no elevators. Carrying the bags to the 5th floor was a little awkward but no real big deal. It was pretty difficult to find. I wouldn’t use google maps to find it. After we got lost, took out Apple Maps and then we were able to find the place.
