During our short family vacation, my 2-year-old caught a nasty throat infection. Elisabetta went our of her way to help us out, get us in touch with a doctor and she generally made sure that we got the care we needed for the little one. Thank you so much for that. Besides that, the location is perfect, the apartment was clean and really comfortable. The breakfast gets the job done.

If I were to nitpick, the view was not great.

The apartment was located in an amazing spot with amenities steps away. Staff were amazing! They were very attentive, responsive and informative. Clean and spacious spot for families. A dock is located outside the front door of the complex for any quick water taxi transfer requests which can be booked by staff. We enjoyed our stay! Many tourist sites can be reached by walking but might need to take a water bus or water taxi to the train station which is an extra cost. Private Water taxi to the airport was really cool but also very pricey..

No elevators in case of big luggage or accessibility issues.

The location and property exceeded our expectations. The Residence is a few steps away from the center of Venice without being in the middle of busy foot traffic. The accommodations were roomy and well laid out. It served our family of three adults exceptionally well.

As mature adults know, shower floors can be unexpectedly slippery. That's why I pack non-slip shower sandals. I don't know if their shower floor is slicker than others. But as it turns out, I fell when I took my sandals off to wash my feet. Be careful.

Before our stay, we were impressed by the communications from the property which were prompt and useful. On arrival, we were greeted courteously by Elisabetta and Eléonora who gave us plenty of useful information about the area and the property . This mixture of an apartment with hotel style reception and help proved to be perfect for us. We had a one bedroom apartment on the second floor which had a small kitchenette with staples such as oil sugar tea coffee etc . These were replenished daily . Good toiletries were provided too . The apartment was serviced every day and fresh toiletries and clean towels were provided every three days . In terms of location it could not be better . Even walking slowly we could get to the Rialto vaporetto stops in about three minutes and we walked to San Marco in about ten minutes . Despite that the location of our apartment was really quiet ( apart from local bells of course) . We would definitely return here next time we plan a trip to Venice .

With hindsight maybe we would have asked for an apartment on a lower floor but its location was well known to us when we booked .

Property is spacious and clean; location is very convenient and close to restaurants, Rialto and other main attractions.. It was interesting to stay in accommodations were locals used to live before.. Also great staff, Elizabeth was very helpful.

No lift to take your luggages upstairs.. we stayed at room 4 and the footsteps you hear from the room above ours were disturbing at night. The guests were unfortunately super-hyper to be walking around their room every 3-4 minutes for an hour at around 11 or past 12 midnight.. this was the case in all 3 nights we stayed at the property.

Hostess was wonderful and extremely helpful. Gave us spot on directions to arriving there from the train station. When we got in she gave us a map and explained eveything in the area and how to reach it. Didn't even need to ask any questions as she covered everything. The room we stayed in was the 1 bedroom and it was big, recently renovated and stocked up in terms of crockery and utensils. For breakfast everything is already in your room, they restock it everyday. Cereals, yogurts, orange juice plus many more items are given each day. Location is excellent as it is very close to Rialto and quite close to St Marks square. But still in a quiet street and was never noisy.

Rooms are only cleaned if you put out a "please clean sign. If you forget then tough luck to you. That's the firsst time I've come accross that.

Absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is huge compared to the small hotel rooms we have been staying in throughout Europe. Everything in the apartment has been carefully considered - large fridge, great kitchen with lots of utensils etc , a washing machine and comfortable beds. The location is superb - all the sites are within a 10minute walk. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating. I would book this without hesitation.

The apartment is well located- near the Vaporetto stops and also walking distance from all the main Venice sites. Excellent washer and dryer. Bathroom amenities were a bonus- excellent lotions, creams and washes to try. Close to several grocery stores and sooo many restaurants.

A bit dark- close to other buildings but in Venice this cannot be helped! Kitchen space limited. Stairs might be difficult for elderly but we were aware when we booked.

Location central but on a quiet alley. Easy to get to most attractions. Immaculate, spacious, great a/c. Beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable! Staff was kind, gracious and went out of their way to accommodate. Loved Ca’ Foscola. If returning to Venice would definitely choose this accommodation again. Great deal for a great space.

The property was well appointed ,very comfortable and close to everything but in a quite location with not much thoroughfare.My suggestion would be take a photo of the laneway with oysho on the corner so you find your way back..The Joy of Venice is getting lost everywhere and then you will find some special places

The stairs but there are lots of them in Venice anyway so be prepared.
