Location was perfect with everything within short walking distance. Rialto bridge and water taxi/bus stop, shops and restaurants. It is in a very busy area and crowds are to be expected but we loved the liveliness. When the windows were closed in the apartment, we couldn’t hear anything so that was nice too. The apartment was clean, spacious and cool from the hot days and we had a beautiful view overlooking the square. Perfect for our first time in Venice.

We searched high and low but found no washing machine or dryer, hoping for at least a drying rack. For the price we paid we would have thought these would have been included.

Location, just around the corner from Rialto! And next to a big Starbucks! The accommodations were fantastic, easy to access, very clean and worth every penny (euro lol). I have paid a lot more for smaller places in Venice so this was a great surprise!

No complaints at all!

It is a beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 floors apartment in venice style (wonderful terazzo floor, Murano chandelier, furniturte fabrics and curtains in the same venice patterns ...) with a big kitchen to cook an eat together (6 adults). Furthermore there are 2 bedrooms an a medium size terrace. The 2 young women from the housekeeping service have been very helpful, have been available all day long and fixed a problem with the warm water in just no time. Chapeau! Location is 100m from the Rialto Vaporetto station. So it was very easy for use to go from Tronchetto car park via Vaporetto to Rialto station. Rialto bridge is 2 corners around and San Marco is a 10 minute walk.

It was a beautiful apartment with beautiful classic furniture, comfortable, clean, equipped with all needs, and in an excellent location in the city center, close to shopping stores, restaurants, and Piazza San Marco.

The hotel was located in a great spot. It was however a little difficult to find based on the google maps directions with the address provided. A pin needs to be dropped with the exact location of the access door for easily locating the hotel. The apartment was great. It was easy getting in and out of the building and hotel room, once located. We were so thankful for the coolness and comfort of the room. The beds were great and the kitchen was well stocked.

There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom which was concerning. I understand the humidity but the hotel states there is a dehumidifier however, it needs to be turned up in order to maintain the humidity and mold. I have two small children and was concerned about the growth on the ceiling.

The property has a private entry and it was quite difficult to find it upon arrival in Venice. Given that there is not a lobby/reception, the text/email details need to provide more clarity (ie take the narrow alley between Benetton and the other retail store). Also, the interior entryway should have motion activated lights. It’s very dark and there aren’t any light switches to turn on. We used the flashlights on the phone. There was a motion light on the outside at the entry which was helpful because the alley is off the main walkways and rather dark.

The location was incredible! We were able to pop back at times during the day without going out of our way to do so. It was so easy to locate when we arrived and the luggage store nearby was great for us on our last day. The apartment itself was a great size for us to stay in with our two young children and it was comfortable and clean. We had all the facilities we need to have breakfast in the mornings and there are nearby shops to stock up.

Very good central location. Extremely clean and large rooms with living room. Quiet environment.

Needed to store our luggage and the free hotel where I could leave it was over a 1 km away. So I had to use the storage locker that cost 60 euros for three lockers. No TV in the bedroom. Entrance was in a narrow dark alley.

Beautiful apartment close to everything. Huge opening windows onto a lively but not noisy street below. Cleaning fee a bit steep for one night so stay a bit longer.

We had to pay quite a large deposit which we only got back 2 weeks later.

To get the code to access the apartment was not easy. They send you a link to pay some local taxes, the link did not work, and contacting the host was not easy. They would not respond quickly enough. Once we arrived, the directions to get to the apartment were not easy to follow. I think the process should be improved.
