Great location at the end of the historic Ponte di Castelvecchio within walking distance of all old town Verona sights, restaurants, and public transport. Big comfortable bed and bathroom with nice big windows. Shades to keep Sun out on a hot afternoon, plus aircon. Home made breakfast. Nice change from hotel style buffet, and lovely setting without all the usual restaurant type noises. Easy access 24/7. Dario ( manager and one of the owners) excels in making you comfortable from the moment you meet him. Coming from Australia, we appreciated his ability to easily communicate in English, advising on sights to see and great little trattorias to eat.

Nothing of any significance. Our room faced the park and entrance to Ponte Castelvecchio - could be a little noisy on weekend nights, but not too late. Could close doors and windows and turn on aircon which made it much quieter.

Dario’s property is stylish, clean and very comfortable. It was ideal for us as a small family group. Location is beautiful, and very convenient to all that we wanted to do in Verona. Breakfast was delicious with loads of choice, and it was beautifully presented. Dario was a superb host. He prioritised the cleaning of our room on the day of our arrival, and allowed us to check in early so that we could maximise our time for sightseeing. He was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us great recommendations for things to do and see - and a delightful restaurant to have dinner - the best we had had in our 5 nights in Italy! All in all our one night in 3 Amici Al Castello was an excellent choice - we would highly recommend!

Breakfast was simple and freshly prepared by Dario (our host). at the precise time we had requested the previous day on watsapp. He was there every morning to ensure we were comfortable and recommend the best sites and the best method of getting around Verona. He took a genuine interest on what we were planning for the day and made helpful suggestions. The two main rooms of the apartment were airy and spacious. The air conditioning was quiet and effective. The bathroom too was well-sized. Fresh bedding and towels were provided half-way through our short stay.

There are no points that we could honestly say we disliked. We were awakened by a pneumatic drill one morning but Dario apologised explaining the power company was doing an emergency repair outside so that was unavoidable!

We had a truly wonderful experience during our stay at this lovely apartment. The location couldn't have been more ideal - nestled in a tranquil area, it was perfectly situated between the enchanting old town and the serene gardens. It allowed us to explore the best of both worlds effortlessly. What truly made our stay exceptional was Dario, our warm and caring host. From the moment we arrived, he extended a warm welcome and took great care of us throughout our stay. His attention to detail was remarkable, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The personalized and diverse breakfast he prepared for us was an absolute delight and tailored exactly to our preferences. We truly appreciated his efforts, and it added an extra touch of warmth to our morning. The apartment itself was charming and well-maintained. It provided us with a comfortable and cozy retreat after a day of exploring Verona. We loved the ambiance and felt right at home. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in this beautiful city. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a peaceful and convenient base to explore the charms of the old town and the beauty of the nearby gardens. Our stay at 3 Amici and visit to Verona was memorable and relaxing. The property is walkable to many of Verona's attractions and restaurants. Dario, the host/owner was so warm and helpful and always had a ready answer/suggestion to our questions and needs. We also appreciated his flexibility with scheduling.

Because it is a small operation (only 3 rooms in the property), perhaps the cleaning people forgot to replenish toiletries during our short stay, but it is understandable and the host quickly provided us with these. We still enjoyed our stay.

Dario is a great host for the property and takes extra attention to make sure you are comfortable. He prepares breakfast each day (delicious) and offered advice and directions for touring the city and getting to the station. The location is ideal, just cross the most awesome bridge to find the arena, shopping areas, and large squares, plenty of dining choices. The train station is about a 20 minute walk.

Dario was an excellent host. He upgraded us to his best room. Breakfast was delightful, with a beautiful view of the castle. He allowed us a late check-out, with me working in the living room in the early afternoon following the night that we stayed. He gave us his parking place, again with a late checkout. He recommended several places for dinner, one of which we went to - Il Cenacolo, an great recommendation!

The view from the apartment is fantastic, in front of one of the most beautiful spots in the city. You can walk to all the main attractions, or even get a scooter, as there is a rental point in front of the apartment. There is a garage for your car, for a fee, pretty convenient, and the host's service is very kind and professional, and you should try the bread that Dario produces himself, tasty and fresh!

I didn't miss anything.

Location was amazing. View of the river and castle.. Easy walk to city sites. Dario, the owner, was so helpful and gracious. He helped us with many items like tour suggestions, bus and train schedules, and calling cabs. He even helped me retrieve lost sunglasses from tourist info booth. Breakfast was delicious! Favorites were the pastries and cappuccinos. Room was clean and bed comfortable. We stayed 5 nights.

The B&B is very close to the city center, maybe 10min walking distance. We enjoyed the walk every day, as it starts with this nice old bridge. The landlord is very kind and helpful. He answered any question and was reachable every time. It was very hot during our stay, so the air conditioner was maxed out in our room, but with all windows open, it was totally fine. The breakfast was served when we came in the moring. I considered it great, that the landlord still put Covid precautions. He wore a mask at all times and we didn't have a big breakfast buffet but were served, whatever we wanted to have. Although close to the city, the place was quiet at night.

There was nothing we didn't like, besides, our stay was too short.
