I liked the location as it was easy to get to and a good distance from where i attended a convention! I also liked the comfort and cleanliness of my room !!

I have to say there was not one thing I did or like about the property however I forgot to leave a tip for the maid service but I will tip double on my next trip as I intend to stay again!!

Breakfast was adequate. Typical hotel breakfast. room was clean. Staff was respectful of space and privacy while also being attentive to my needs. The room was clean and when I needed something the staff was right on it.

The hotel is "100% non-smoking." This is fine and I'm sure a lot of people want this, but at the same time this is Florida and Fort Myers...a lot of people smoke. It would have been nice to have a clearly indicated smoking area so that all guests needs were met.

The room was spacious. Very clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. We did not get a chance to eat breakfast at the hotel but we heard from others that it was great.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, but overall was a clean room, bathroom, and great experience at this hotel. We would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was real good. The gentleman who checked us in was exceptional! He was handling 3 different customers simultaneously and handled each of us with the utmost care. Especially with the other two who had extra needs and at 8 PM. He deserves a raise!

More than one garbage can and an ice bucket that didn't leak

My check the young man was very pleasant!!breakfast was outstanding and staff in the morning was great at breakfast.

Manager attitude was not good, they was a gentleman when I check in was so friendly and warming made my stay better but manager attitude need attention.

The breakfast was excellent! It offered everything we wanted except boiled eggs. It was hot and fresh both days and there was plenty to eat. The seating was comfortable and plenty. The staff was very attentive to the guest in the breakfast area.

The only negagtive was there were not boiled eggs. We prefer boiled eggs over scrambled. However, there were other things to eat.

Large room and very clean.

It is not that I didn’t like it, but the hotel had an interesting vibe. There were people on vacation combined with laborers helping with the hurricane clean-up. No issues but not the typical vacation hotel (at this time).

The king suite was a great value as there was plenty of space

The bathroom wasn't as clean as I thought it should be with obvious dirt under the bathroom sink faucet. I also saw small bugs in the bathroom. It was noisier than other hotel stays.

I was a guest of someone who made the reservation for me, and made the necessary arrangements to pay for the room. Upon check-in I was told that the room was not paid for, and the property insisted that I pay for the room in order to check in. The property made no attempt to check further into the payment arrangements that were made with the reservation, so I unexpectedly was forced to pay for the room. When I informed the person who made the reservation, he sent me a copy of a caption from his credit card account showing that Baymont had submitted the charge for the room to his credit card, according to the original payment authorization. Is Baymont so dysfunctional that one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing? I do not like surprises at check-in.

The rooms were nice and large and the front porch chairs were great. We sat out there most of the evening. Staff were frazzled....internet was out....but they were still responsive and pleasant! Kudos to them because it had to be miserable for them!

I had to take taxi from airport...$21..when one of the reasons I booked this hotel was shuttle service! Shuttle couldn't run became internet was down and phones somehow connected to internet!
