This is our second stay at Cocoa Beach Hotel. We booked again to stay for a few days before our cruise and this time we booked 2 rooms as we were a party of 10. The rooms are spacious with balconies, coffee machines, and very comfy beds. There is also a great selection for breakfast and overall the hotel is great value for money. We loved the pools and spent a lot of time swimming, and the beach is just a short walk away. I would highly recommend staying here. Especially as a pre or post-cruise stopover.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel. We all had a very pleasant stay.

Amazing staff!! We had a one night stay in Best Western Cocoa Beach before our cruise. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and good value for money. My friend accidentally left her AirPods on the bed when we checked out. She discovered this shortly after and when we returned the staff and management went above and beyond to help her locate them. They searched the room, the laundry and they were eventually found amongst bedding in the washing machine! Can’t praise the staff enough! Thank you all!

A nice hotel right at the beach. Hotel has several buildings, we stayed in the closest to the beach with a great view from balcony. The room was large, two beds, enough room for 4 adults. The beach is wonderful. Restaurants and large retail shops are close. The building was in a good shape, clean, but is an older building. Free parking is available in front of hotel.

The breakfast was included but was below average, very basic. Compared to other hotels, this is not good. It was served in another building, but all guests went here, the space is small, not enough for so many people. The selection is small, and you had to wait in a huge line, cca 30 people, waiting for 30-45 min. Unacceptable, especially considering the low quality of food.

I loved the room with the balcony ocean view. Couldn't ask for a better location.

When I arrived I didn't realize I had to walk two blocks with my suitcase to my building. Luckily it stopped raining because the ride from the airport was during a downpour. It would be helpful if the hotel acquired a golf cart type vehicle to transport guests to their buildings. Not everyone is able to make that walk.

Location was ok. After 5 days stay it would have been good if items changed a little more.. but for a 2 day stay it would be fine. Cockroach ran out from under cereal container when I turned crank to get cereal, but it didn't stop me from eating lol.

Give a notice to people to not pour or throw things off their balcany. We stayed on 4th floor first time and every morning the guy above us poured out his cooler and it sloshed into our balcany soaking us. We yelled for him to stop but he rvery day opened it up to drain out. Not your fault. Extra sink drained very slow in both rooms we had

The property is quite lovely. It is very well kept and lush and clean landscaping. The pool closest to our courtyard room was great. Very clean and I know this may sound odd, but the softest and smoothest pool floor I have ever been in. We really enjoyed it.

Rooms could use some updating and beds were a little hard for my taste but I’m afraid if they update they will be able to increase their rates to what neighboring hotels are charging We enjoyed our stay and will be back

First given an adjoining room next to loud people. Went to front desk at midnight and night clerk named sonething like chase, chad or chet ( i was tired and irrittable so can't remember) gave me a new room. He was polite and very helpful. He also gave me 2 bottles of water because i said i was thirsty and didn't know where the vending machines were located. Great customer service. He will probably be manager someday.

Doors on adjoining rooms allow too much noise to filter between rooms. Adjoining rooms should only be given to extended familiy or friends of adjoing rooms. I was 15 seconds away from pounding on door. Thankfully chase or chaz remedied the situation.

I originally had reserved a room with a partial view. Once we got up to the counter Todd took care of getting us checked in. He graciously placed us into an oceanfront room on the 8th floor. It was magnificent! I wish we had a longer stay planned. The room was very clean, the beds and pillows perfectly comfortable and the water pressure in the shower great! The pool was very nice and clean and people and their kids were having a great time. The pool area was busy but not overly crowded. After dark we went out to the courtyard area and enjoyed the fire pits. They were beautiful!! The staff do a phenomenal job. I would definitely stay here again!!

There was nothing I didn't like!

Great distance to beach and boardwalk. Also the fire pits were a nice touch especially because it was a chillier weekend in Florida. Also the heated pools and the staff and lobby people were great!

I had a joined room with a door and I could hear everything my neighbors did. Would like better sounds proofing between those rooms specifically. I was in like 2 hours a sleep a night if lucky because they were so loud and really obnoxious and inconsiderate. This is nothing the property is really at fault for but better sounds proofing between that joined door is a must.

We got a nice upgrade to a big and comfy family suit with everything we needed, including a toaster, a nice touch. The beds are very comfy. Staff is really nice and helpful. Everything is clean. Breakfast included is a plus. Location is great for Cocoa Beach, next to the Pier, close to restaurants, lots of other stuff near by, Publix right across. The pools are great. It's great to relax, enjoy the beach, go to Kennedy Space Center etc.

If i need to find something, it would be that people are not showering properly and bring sand in the pool, and maybe a few more healthy options for breakfast would be welcomed.
