Rooms are nice

The guy who checked us in plainly told me he couldn't help what room we got because we went through booking.com instead of paying them ...so we felt like we were treated different than other guest bc we like deals.

We really liked the room. Perfect for what we were looking for. Front desk was very friendly and helpful

They were painting the floors. They were rerouting us to our room. The worst part was when I asked a person for directions to our room (since the closed off the main hall because of paint), I was given terrible attitude by a custodial or maintenance person. He looked at me like I was stupid. I explained to him that we just checked in and he just pointed an alternate route. Also, The room smelled like fresh paint.

Mosquito was too much

The pool area was absolutely fabulous and the location to cruise port was amazing! Loved this resort! So much to do, game room, movie theater, basketball and tennis courts and so much more. For families, you would never have to leave resort.

The walk to the beach was a little far and at night it is really dark. The room we got was musty smelling. The restaurant inside seating was closed for renovation and the lounge was closed both nights of our stay. And I thought I paid for breakfast with my stay but the voucher they gave was only for the meal, you still had to pay for drinks and taxes and a gratuity. But the resort itself is amazing overall.

We chose this HI for the location, and it proved to be a good choice. Traveling to our ship terminal was very convenient. We checked that route the day before and that was very helpful.

The onsite restaurant being closed for seating was an inconvenience but wasn't anything to be upset about. In our room we found one wall outlet wasn't working. Nothing the INN can do about this but, driving to and from the property was like driving through a maze.

Great location by the beach and to get to Cape Canaveral

A bit of a push on timeshares and strange voucher system for breakfast which is a disaster when you arrive on time but the kitchen is too busy so they wont take your breakfast order within the time window of your voucher and then it’s just - talk to the hand - no scope for getting the breakfast you had paid for and you are given the run around that a manager would deal with it. They were never on site to deal with it.

The location was great, the 2 bedroom suite was really nice. Would stay at again.

I was tricked into doing a time share meeting. As soon as I got there, before they would even give me a key to our room and exhausted from driving 8 hours with a toddler, they sent us to another desk to talk to a con man. He told me since I booked a room through booking.com I was entitled to all this free stuff, I said that sounds amazing! He says, good sign this paper and I'll get it taken care of! I sign and he says, I'll see ya tomorrow at 9am... I say, what for?? He says, well you just agreed to our timeshare meeting for all this free stuff and if you don't show up we charge you $30! So I let them keep the free stuff and the $30.... Also it's not mentioned that they take an additional $130 that you never see again as a "damage" fee. They said you'll get it back at chech out, you dont

The bracelet and no cash system. Loved all the activities. The food was great, no need to leave. All but one front desk staff person was super nice and welcoming.

They didn't clean rooms daily, so expect that. The pool towel system was very confusing, would be easier to just have them pool side to get and return everyday. Also, very loud rooms towards the outer part of the hotel. Especially during construction, probably should've just blocked off those rooms.

Very clean, provided toiletries so we didn’t have to worry about bringing ours through the airport, loved the pool bar and great food at the Grill Restaurant. Love the wrist band keys!

I specifically booked this hotel for the water slides and lazy river. My room was unrefundable and was not notified of the lazy river and slides shut down for remodel u til after I completed my booking.

Came from UK with family have stayed a few times before and own at Orange Lake Resort Kissimmee. Have never stayed in a Signature Collection villa before and was beyond impressed absolutely stunning 👍🏻

Couldn’t fault accommodation just wish we had been able to complete our 2 night stay but our 2 year old granddaughter became quite ill so we returned to our home base at Orange Lake. It would have been nice if the second night had been refunded from our booking as reservation was over $1000
